edit: terrible customer support. avoid this company at all costs. not only did they take my $30 but now they have deactivated my account. so even if I wanted to try their service, I'm unable to. app seemed okay, customer service experience was terrible. fell ill and was unable to use the one week trial that I paid for. sent a note requesting an extension and instead was charged $29.99 for the next 3 months. was offered extensions but never a refund - not a great way to treat potential customers

Maneuvering through the app is tricky and if you're not careful, you'll end up with an expensive subscription. I signed up for a trial as I was looking for specific exercises for my body and their benefits which you may could've gotten from a coach but after realizing that I had clicked on something that signed me up for a $100/ month plan that I didn't need, I deleted the whole thing. I will say that the customer service was good and the company refunded me.

The workouts are not too bad. Definitely make me sweat, but are not challenging for someone who works out regularly. The reason f9r the 2 star review is the misleading email campaign they run on you within minutes of signing up for 9.99. the email says a free meal plan when adding the 1 on 1 coaching and a button to hit under it. There is no mention of cost, but upon hitting the button to find out more they auto charge you 49.99 and claim that can't give a refund. but will offer 3 months free.

STAY AWAY!!? I got charged for a service i did not want. emailed them the same day i saw the charge and emailed them multiple times after. Delayed to review my request for 2 weeks then cancelled my subscription saying i can use it till the end of the subscription period and didn't refund me. i didn't even want that service. ------ Apparently, they didn't even read my review. I already contacted your support several times and the issue was not resolved. not wasting my time with you anymore.

The app itself is good, and I enjoy using the workout features. However, I’m very disappointed with the billing. They charged me for services I never signed up for. I took advantage of a 3-month offer for $49, but I never enrolled in or used the coaching program. Despite that, since starting in July, I’ve been charged three times: $49.95, $18.99, and just today $99.95. These charges are incorrect and feel unfair. Overall, the app works well, but the unexpected billing feels like highway robbery

This workout program sounds good on paper, but once you pony up, you soon discover you'll need your phone to do all the tai chi workouts (which, for me, is a 4" x 6" screen). As if that's not enough, the app automatically assumes you somehow already know some of the basics of Tai Chi, and the camera has a tendency to shoot the practitioner from weird, disorienting angles. This means you'll find yourself stopping the exercise to replay the segment while trying to figure out how he's moving.

I signed up after seeing an ad and was drawn in by the reasonable trial cost. During the signup process, I clicked the option for a personal trainer, assuming it would take me to a checkout page, but instead I was immediately charged. Realizing what happened, I emailed them right away and canceled everything. A month later, I was told I did not qualify for their so-called “guaranteed money back.” I will never use this app again and will never recommend it. The customer service was terrible.

Do NOT fall for this app and subscription scam. They are not honest in the ads and they do not disclose everything before signing up. Immediately after signing up it was clear I would not get what it seemed and they just wanted more and more money. Within minutes I canceled and requested a refund of the subscription payment and they took two weeks to tell me they refused to refund it. $26 for a few minutes of nothing.

SCAM! They say they will charge you a small amount but charge you for a $49.99 fee and sign you up for a MONTHLY $99.95 subscription fee. The app itself is terrible you cant customize anything, the coaching option takes forever to try and use, and if you have an injury good luck getting low impact exercises. oh and fun fact its a nightmare trying to get a refund!

Horrible Experience with this company. They will charge you without Notification! The price advertised isn't always what you get charged, prices get raised since you signed up 3 months ago.. but we won't Tell you that. People are busy but I've never been charged without a notice. You get a deal for 3 months but after that 3 months 1 second later they will charge you without a notice or reminder that your 3 months are about up. If you get this App put a reminder in your phone..
