Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about Grand Screen, our app and game reviews, TCG card data, and site policies.
General
What is Grand Screen?
Grand Screen is an independent catalogue covering Android applications and games, with a reference section on collectible trading cards and a journal about the collecting market. The catalogue currently holds around 11,200 apps, 7,500 games and 1,100 developer profiles. Nothing on the site is paid placement.
How do you rate apps and games?
App pages combine the public Google Play rating with votes left by visitors on this site; the two are shown separately. With nearly nineteen thousand titles listed, we do not claim to have installed and tested each one — where an app has been used hands-on, the write-up says so. Editorial summaries, pros and cons, and the curated collections are written by us.
How is the site funded?
By display advertising, plus occasional links to mobile apps we build ourselves, which are labelled as sponsored. Nobody can buy a rating, a review, a collection slot or a better position in the catalogue.
Is Grand Screen affiliated with Google or any app developer?
No. Grand Screen is an independent resource. We are not affiliated with Google, any app developer, or any app store. Our editorial decisions are made independently.
Apps & Games
Where does your app data come from?
App details such as version numbers, download counts, ratings, and screenshots are sourced from publicly available data on the Google Play Store. Editorial content (descriptions, analysis, pros/cons) is written by our team.
Can I download apps directly from Grand Screen?
No. We do not host or distribute any applications. All download links on our site direct you to the official Google Play Store listing where you can install the app.
How often are your reviews updated?
We update app and game pages regularly as applications receive significant updates. Technical data (version, size, ratings) is refreshed periodically. If you notice outdated information, let us know via our Contact page.
Why is a specific app or game not listed?
Our catalog grows continuously. If an app or game you are looking for is not listed, it may be added in a future update. You can suggest additions through our Contact page.
TCG Cards
Where do card prices come from?
Card price data is sourced from major marketplaces including TCGplayer and Cardmarket. Prices reflect recent market activity and may fluctuate.
How often are card prices updated?
Prices are updated periodically. Each card page shows when its data was last refreshed. For the most current price, we recommend checking the linked marketplace directly.
Do you sell trading cards?
No. Grand Screen is an informational resource only. We provide card data, market analysis, and collector guides, but we do not buy or sell cards. Links on card pages direct you to third-party marketplaces.
Which TCG games do you cover?
The card database centres on Pokemon TCG. The journal is broader and covers sports cards, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh, One Piece and Disney Lorcana, along with grading services such as PSA, BGS and SGC.
Privacy & Legal
How do you handle user data?

How do I submit a DMCA takedown request?
DMCA requests should be submitted through our DMCA page, which outlines the required information and process.
