Contacts
Questions, corrections, takedown requests and partnership enquiries all reach the same inbox. There is no ticket system and no contact form — just an email address.
We usually reply within one to two business days.
What to write about
- Corrections. Wrong version number, outdated file size, an app in the wrong category, a card priced incorrectly — tell us the page URL and what is wrong, and we will fix it.
- Developers. Listing corrections, updated descriptions or removal requests for your own app. Please write from an address connected to the app or its developer account so we can verify it. More detail on the For developers page.
- Copyright and takedowns. Use the process on our DMCA page — it tells you exactly what to include so the request can be actioned quickly.
- Article suggestions. Topics you want covered in the journal, or an app you think deserves a closer look. We read everything, though we cannot promise to cover every suggestion.
- Advertising and partnerships. Display advertising is available. Paid ratings, paid reviews and paid placement in the catalogue or in collections are not — please do not ask.
Who runs the site
GrandScreen is an independent project run by a small team, published by Vast Flow, which also builds mobile apps. Where we link to one of our own apps, it is labelled as such. The site is not affiliated with Google, with any app developer, or with any trading card publisher.
Response times
Corrections and takedown requests are handled first, usually the same or next business day. General enquiries may take a little longer during busy periods. If you have not heard back within a week, it is worth resending — occasionally messages land in spam.
