Been using White Noise for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that plays ambient sounds to help you relax and sleep better. Pretty solid if you’re into self-care and sleep stuff.
Here’s what you do: you can pick from tons of different sound options like rain, waves, fans, and more. And there’s also a sleep timer so it’ll automatically turn off after you drift off. And the background sounds are supposed to block out distractions so you can fall asleep faster.
Look, if you have trouble sleeping or just want to relax, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the free version has some annoying ads – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you need help winding down.

So here's my honest take on White Noise. I've tried a bunch of sleep and relaxation apps, and this one's pretty solid. The sound quality is great and there's a nice variety of ambient noises to choose from. I've found it really does help me fall asleep faster, especially when I'm stressed or my mind is racing. The only downside is the ads in the free version can get old after a while. But you can pay a few bucks to remove them, which I'd say is worth it.
