So here's my honest take on PadSplit: Rooms for rent. I've tested a bunch of co-living and rental apps and this one's pretty solid overall. The features are useful and it's easy to find a place that fits your budget and needs. The in-app chat is a nice touch that makes it easy to connect with your potential housemates. The only downsides are the occasional bugs and glitches, and the fact that the selection can be a bit limited in some areas. But if you're open to a co-living lifestyle, I'd say PadSplit is definitely worth giving a try.

Description

Been using PadSplit: Rooms for rent for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you find rooms for rent and manage the whole process – from applying to paying rent and chatting with your housemates. Pretty solid app if you’re looking for a co-living situation.

Here’s what you can do: You can browse available rooms, filter by location, price, and amenities. There’s also an option to chat with the host and other members of the house. And you can pay your rent through the app – super convenient. Took me a little while to figure out all the features but it’s pretty intuitive overall.

Look, if you’re in the market for a new place and don’t want to deal with a traditional landlord, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the app can be a little glitchy sometimes – but it does the job. Worth checking out if co-living is your thing.
