I've tested a bunch of weather apps and TheFrog is one of the better ones I've found. The forecasts are pretty accurate and the whole frog theme is a nice touch - makes checking the weather a lot more enjoyable. The map view and webcam links are also super handy features. The only real downside is the ads, but that's to be expected in a free app. Overall, it's a solid choice if you want a weather app that's not just functional, but actually kinda fun to use.
