Description
Been playing Kingdom Eighties for a couple months now. It’s basically a strategy game where you build up your village and defend it from these weird monsters called the Greed. You can recruit neighborhood kids to be your soldiers and builders, and use coins to upgrade your defenses. Gotta watch out though, because the Greed will attack at night and if you lose your crown, it’s game over.
There’s also this whole thing where you can join a clan and team up with other players to raid each other’s bases. That’s where the game really gets fun. And you gotta strategize with your clan mates and try to outsmart the other team. Pretty addictive honestly.
Look, if you’re into strategy games, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the upgrades can take forever sometimes and the ads can get annoying. But overall it’s a solid game that does the job. Worth checking out if you’re looking for something to sink some time into.
Editor Opinion
So here's my honest take on Kingdom Eighties. I've tested a bunch of strategy games and this one's pretty solid. The graphics look great and it runs smoothly even on my older phone. There's a ton of strategic depth with all the different unit types and base building, but it's not overwhelming. The clan battles are the real highlight for me - it's so satisfying to coordinate attacks with your friends and take down the competition. The free-to-play model is also pretty fair, you don't really need to spend money to enjoy the game. My main gripes are that the upgrade times get ridiculous at higher levels, and the ads can be annoying if you don't pay. But overall, if you're a fan of the genre, I'd definitely recommend giving this a try.
