So here's my take on Double Dragon Trilogy - I've tested a bunch of retro arcade games on my phone and this is one of the better ones. The gameplay holds up really well, with responsive controls and that classic beat-em-up feel. I like how they've included all 3 games in the collection so you get a good amount of content. The graphics are clean and the audio is true to the originals. My only real gripes are that the difficulty can be uneven at times and it can get repetitive after a while, but that's kind of par for the course with these old-school titles. Overall, if you're a fan of the Double Dragon series or just want a fun, nostalgic arcade experience, this is definitely worth checking out.

Description

Been playing Double Dragon Trilogy for a couple months now. It’s basically a collection of the classic Double Dragon arcade games from the 80s. The first one starts with Billy and his brother Jimmy on a mission to rescue Billy’s girlfriend from the Black Shadows Gang. There’s all the classic beat-em-up moves – punches, kicks, even weapons.

You can play through the story mode in all 3 games, which is pretty fun. There’s also an arcade mode if you just wanna jump in and start brawling. The graphics hold up surprisingly well, and it’s cool to see these old-school games on mobile.

Look, if you’re into classic arcade games, you’ll probably get a kick out of Double Dragon Trilogy. It’s not perfect – the difficulty can spike and the later levels get a bit repetitive – but overall it’s a solid collection that captures the spirit of the originals.
