Description
Been playing Monster Hunter Stories for a couple months now. It’s basically a monster-raising RPG where you explore the world, find monster eggs, and hatch and raise your own team of monsters called Monsties. Here’s what you do: you go around exploring different environments, find monster dens, and bring back the eggs you find to hatch new Monsties. There’s also a story mode which is pretty cool. And the clan battles are where it gets really fun – you team up with your friends and try to take down other players’ bases. Takes some strategy but it’s not rocket science.
Editor Opinion
So here's my honest take on Monster Hunter Stories. I've tested a bunch of monster-raising RPGs and this one's pretty solid. The graphics look great and it runs smoothly even on my older phone. And there's a ton of strategic depth with all the different Monsties you can raise and the clan battles, but it never feels overwhelming. The one downside is that the upgrades and progression can get a little grindy at higher levels. But overall, if you're into this type of game, I'd definitely recommend giving it a try.
