Description
Been using Kids Reading Sight Words for a couple months now. It’s basically an educational app that helps kids learn common sight words through fun little mini-games. Pretty solid if you’ve got a little one who’s learning to read.
Here’s what you do: there are four different activities where you listen to words and have to identify the right sight word. And it’s got cute graphics and the frog character is pretty adorable. And the difficulty ramps up as you progress through the different levels – takes some practice but it’s not too hard.
Look, if you’re looking for an app to help your kid with their reading, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the ads can get a little annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does a good job of making learning sight words kinda fun. Worth checking out.
Editor Opinion
So here's my honest take on Kids Reading Sight Words. I've tested a bunch of educational apps for kids and this one's pretty solid overall. The mini-games are actually engaging and the progression feels just right - not too easy, not too hard. And I love the cute frog character, it really draws the kids in. The only downside is the ads can get old after a while, but paying to remove them is worth it in my opinion.
