So here's my honest take on SpoofCard - Privacy Protection. I've tested a bunch of privacy/anonymity apps and this one's pretty solid. The flexibility to use your own numbers or get a new one is great, and the private texting is a nice touch. Doesn't have a ton of bells and whistles, but it covers the basics really well. Only downside is the ads, but you can pay to remove them. Overall, if you need a second number for whatever reason, this is a pretty good option.

Description

Been using SpoofCard – Privacy Protection for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you get a second phone number for calls and texts. Pretty solid if you’re into that kind of privacy and anonymity stuff.

Here’s what you do: you can instantly access a secondary number to use for calls and messages. There’s also the option to verify and use your existing numbers like your office or home phone. And the private texting feature is pretty cool – took me a while to figure that one out but it’s useful.

Look, if you’re big on personal privacy or need a second number for work, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the ads can get annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if that’s what you’re looking for.

It sends code to phone number, it doesn't. Useless time waster
