About Grand Screen

Independent reviews, honest analysis, and real data for Android apps, games, and trading card games. No sponsored scores. No pay-to-play rankings.

Our Mission

Grand Screen exists because we believe people deserve better information about the apps and games they install on their phones. The Google Play Store has over 3 million apps. Most review sites regurgitate store descriptions and slap a score on top. We do the opposite.

Every review on Grand Screen starts with real usage. We install the app, use it the way a normal person would, and write about what we actually experience. We examine permissions, test performance on mid-range devices, evaluate monetization fairness, and flag privacy concerns that other sites ignore.

We also cover the Pokemon Trading Card Game market with the same rigor. Real price data, honest set analysis, and collector strategies based on market trends rather than speculation or hype.

What We Cover

Our Standards

Editorial Independence

No developer or publisher pays for review scores. Our editorial decisions are made independently. We buy our own subscriptions, test on our own devices, and call out problems when we see them.

Transparency

We show you exactly where our data comes from. Google Play ratings, download counts, and user reviews are pulled directly from public sources. Our editorial opinions are clearly labeled as such.

Data-Driven

Opinions are backed by data. We track app performance metrics, TCG card price history, and user satisfaction trends over time. When we say an app improved or declined, we have the numbers to prove it.
