Been using עמוד ענן -מדריך הטיולים החברתי for a couple months now. It’s basically a social travel guide app that lets you explore Israel with tons of cool features. There’s a ton of info on hikes, campsites, and other outdoor spots all over the country, plus you can add your own places and photos.
The app uses 3D maps to show you where everything is, and there’s over 70,000 (!) points of interest with details on each one. You can search for nearby water sources, campgrounds, and more right from the main screen – super handy. And if you find something new, you can just add it to the map yourself.
Look, if you’re into exploring Israel, this is a pretty solid app to have. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a bit clunky at times and the ads can get annoying. But overall it’s a great resource and lets you discover all kinds of cool spots you might have missed.
