Red Note has made their entire website including the app art, Chinese only. they were asking for my ID. I will not be giving that out and I suggest not doing that. First off, when I first started using the app it was already hard for me to upload anything. Any video that I uploaded ended up crashing out. It took too much time to upload any video. Just to keep this short, they only want Chinese citizens to use their app now. So I'll just go ahead and delete it.

great app. auto scroll is a very big selling point. once you get it to translate the app is immediately working to understand you and bring you content just for you. only issue is that I have to do the id verification and my account is locked so I cannot post or send messages, I can still watch and like and I still would rather use this than the other app. JANUARY 2025 CREW BABY!

They restricted my account for not having my real name verified, which I did not know was required. After I fixed this, I appealed the ban, but they denied my appeal with no reason, now I have to wait a week to appeal again. Very frustrating since I was making new friends, and now I cannot reply to any of their messages.

It doesn't allow outside their country use for too long. I just lasted 10 hours or so using it because it asks for verification. But when you give them what they need, it will not show the country's options. ONLY THEIRS! DO NOT PUT THIS ON PLAYSTORE IF YOU WISHED YOU CAN ONLY USE IT ON YOUR OWN!

I downloaded this app to my mobile phone, but I can't create an account because when I launch it, the first page shows no way to let me register with my mobile phone number option, there's no way to open an account, how come this happens? It's ridiculous and unreasonable, so weird. Is it a common phenomenon? I can't create an account with my mobile phone number!

It is good, until its sensitivity issues or i dont know why, it forces your account to auto logout and unable to login at all. Verification code forever failed to send out, unsure why. Need ID etc but as a foreigner user, we don't even have such things. Cant even use password method too (only for their local citizens). Already messaged CS yet no reply at all.

I just installed this game today, and I've already encountered some problems, like 1.) I can't bind my phone number after making an account, so I can't edit my profile, and 2.) I suddenly got logged out after looking at my history. Please fix this for us, foreigner users, to be able to use this app.

Xiaohongshu has numerous and overly sensitive rules. My account has been blocked, and I'm not allowed to cancel it. I've been asked for passport verification, screenshots, and to wait, among other time-wasting requests. I'm unsure if this is due to internal issues, but the process is being delayed repeatedly. They won't allow cancellation, yet they retain my personal information, and I don't know what they intend to do with it.

the app is good, but it's so infuriating to work with. I got a permanent restriction because I posted something that violated a rule, and the only way to lift that restriction is through a real name and face identification. tough, but alright. I try to enter my info, but I keep getting the wrong ID number. I have a hk permanent ID, and I input it's number into the ID number slot in multiple ways, but it kept saying invalid ID. I also deleted that post.

I am experiencing an issue when trying to veriy my number through the RedNote app. Even though I enter the phone numbers correctly, the system automatically rejects them and does not allow the call to go through. I have tried different formats (with country code, without, etc.) but the issue persists.
