Description
Been using the 12 Steps AA Companion app for a couple months now. It’s basically a recovery tool for folks in Alcoholics Anonymous. Looks pretty solid if you’re working the 12 steps.
Here’s what you can do – there’s a full digital version of the Big Book, plus a bunch of other recovery resources like meeting directories and sobriety tracking. It’s got a really nice interface too, with collapsible menus and stuff. And you can add your own contacts and recovery notes, which is pretty useful.
Look, if you’re in AA, you’ll probably get a lot out of this app. It’s not perfect – the ads can get annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you’re working the program.
Editor Opinion
So here's my take on 12 Steps AA Companion. I've tried a bunch of recovery apps and this one's one of the better ones. The features are solid and it's super easy to use. And doesn't try to do too much, just sticks to the basics. Only downside is the ads can get old after a while, but you can pay to remove them. Overall, a pretty good option for AA members.
