Love the DIYS, but I wished you would add parts purchasing to the app. I love 1aauto! I hope you add parts purchase soon.
Reviews for 1A Auto: Parts & Repair Videos
← Back to 1A Auto: Parts & Repair VideosWhen trying to add my vehicle, I was able to add the year and make butt the model of my vehicle wasn't listed in the popup.
Great app!! It's a good app for motor vehicle wiring and thanx to the administrators for the version update. Keep it up........
Once you order there is no option to cancel your order... once it's delivered there is not way you can return it.. Good luck 👎
Absolutely the best. Website is amazing already but the app is definitely more helpful. This company is absolutely the best. Has tons of parts with very helpful tutorials. Definitely will be back..
Would not allow me to even enter my car. Clicked on 'Add Car', went to a page that said 'Select Years', it just spun for a while then stopped. Heading said to choose a car but just went back to Home page. Therefore, this app is useless.
Might get better, but 3 out of 3 vehicles it has no videos or information on them. Useless since there are only a few MILLION of each! Ford Edge, Ram 1500, and Nissan Altima. You Tube has HUNDREDS of videos on each of them!!?
Ordered a part for my truck 3/08/24 said it would be here 3/12/24 it is now the 14th the shipping update has not been updated since the 11th I'm getting nothing but a run around this place is a joke I will be glad to spend more money else where at least I'll actually have my truck part I better get a refund if not getting my part!!! Lucky you even get a 1 star
They delivered on time and everything fit my car perfectly. It shows good quality of the parts they sell. Now it remains to evaluate the durability. 1A Auto has a satisfied customer here. Thank you
Have ordered parts From A1 Auto for a while now. Just did now. A very good experience I've had so far. Parts are reasonably Priced so I save money. I just ordered for my niece some brake parts and saved over $100.00. I'm happy.
I love A1 Auto. I was just hoping to be able to order parts from the app too. It does have a convenient parts that takes you to the website, but would love if this was all in app functionality.
app is in the right direction but, BUT it goes to another website there actually website instead of going directly to a website like carpart or AutoZone
Buick disappears after 2017. Also missing model's. If you are going to have an app to diagnose vehicle repair at least have a complete list of vehicles to choose from even if you have made a repair algorithm for that model.
This is so awesome that you guys would go out of your way creating these how to videos. I've been working on my stuff all my life but sometimes you hot a hick up and it's nice to always being able to learn or pick up on a short cut. But had a few minutes so just wanted to say thank you for the extra help. Oh if you could help me out or point me in the right direction to a repotable parts house in gonna need a Rack and Pinion for my 2008 Buick Lucerne CX 3.8 V6. Thanks.
I just purchased a turn signal part that will fix the restore light blinker. No one could tell me if I 0rdered the right part. Normally I raise the signal lever, make my turn, then the signal restores back to the original position. My blinker stays on until I restore the lever manually. I hope I didn't buy the wrong part.
I love the company, but the app not so much. It won't link my account... actually it doesn't give me the opportunity to sign in, so I can't track my purchases from one location. I have to go to the web browser and do a track order. HECK THE ORDER DOESN'T EVEN SHOW ON MY ACCOUNT VIA THE WEB BROWSER. I know you guys are trying. I appreciate the fact that you are updating, but maybe getting with a developer or programmer who understands the needs of a consumer would be beneficial.
It's alright if you're a very novice diy mech. It's kind of like asking a mechanic to diagnose something over the phone though... Biggest issue is the information they offer for codes and diagnostic possibilities is very limited and just gives you links to their videos. They could at least have a better obd code reference page. Might help point you in the right direction for small jobs, probably useless for more involved projects. Just Google it.
highly recommend to buy if you want to learn from expertise!!
Thanks for fast reply. Yes I did the blue button. Added 3 vehicles. None are saved. In the hamburger menu, check order just takes you to website to login. So a login within app would shortcut that. Today I now see 1 of 3 vehicles saved. So must just take so time, could be my phone. Thnx
If you're more of an advanced user, don't bother. There's no search bar to get specific answers, you'll have to wade through their sorting system to get answers a simple search bar would have fixed... Same with parts. Frustrating and not worth the time.
