there are a lot of scammers on this app. I got hit up by 3 guys. all with similar profiles. one asked me to but him a $200 iTunes gift card. the other asked what I did for a living then blocked me when I answered. just scammer after scammer.

Not enough real people on there. Also requiring me to verify my face to use it after a few days. I don't want this company to have my face ID. And you're not able to message anyone unless you pay (after 2-3 free ones).

I was hopeful when I downloaded this app. Its been 3 weeks and NO one even looked at my profile. I winked at many and still no visitors not even a message responded. I tried to message the agent and it kept asking me to verify my face which I already did.

Embarrassingly bad app the Jade Emperor would be ashamed. Requires verification but the buttons to verify your profil don't work. You can't get past the Captcha

The app needs to be up there to work with the latest Android model. The fact it's so far out of date that it keeps crashing every time I try to open it shows that this company doesn't actually care about you the people wanting to use their app or the fact that the app itself is just a piece of s***

Very good app to meet people when I was still able to use it. Am underage but customer service was great and even superior to other apps when I asked to save my account. I hope it stays that way till I come back.

For an app that only had around 50k downloads, it makes the user buy VIP status or diamonds to get more matches. Maybe you had around the same userbase as Tinder, this marketing plan is adequate. It costs 175 diamonds to unlock a match and you can get 250 for $12.99. I have to pay basically $13 dollars to talk to someone on an app with a lower userbase than other apps that are less restricting? Rethink your business model and review the processes of whoever made this decision.

they don't support their own app, no support willing to help. I emailed, wechat and no response. I can't login via Wechat and it keeps saying session expired. Very bad customer service.

A total buggy mess. Paid $150 for 6 month membership (this app is EXPENSIVE) and the app just said "something failed lol" and has no record of me paying. Sent their support an email, otherwise going to try getting a refund through Google.

Horrible app and desktop experience. Every time I try to log in (using email/password or Google account), I got automatically redirected back to the login page. Totally unusable app.

Over all I am very pleased with this platform. Everyone I spoke with has been very sincere and very straightforward. The people here have not been rude in any way which is great. Generally even if they are not interested they at least have the dignity to respond with a no thank you. At this time I am currently leaving the platform because I believe I have found my true love. Way too expensive for the choice available, this app is more of an immigration tool for Chinese women. Don't expect to find many Asians in your area, mostly from China, and a lot retouched or "professional" photos

Every time you try to do something you get interrupted with hints , verification doesn't work , i guess you don't want people to pay, i wont pay for an app that's slow clunky , and doesn't do certain features, i dont want to pay for app issues.

Buggy, freezes randomly within 5 minutes of usage. Would have to restart the application for it to work again. Also, like other reviews. I was not able to verify my phone because the input box wouldn't open for me to type in the captcha.

Poorly designed app, very buggy, freezes, stop loading, even at times losing your subscription status. When having trouble login, i tried password reset but getting thank you for sign up email instead of password reset email. Save your money and time for something that actually works

Beware this is a scam. I only subscribed a 6 month membership, i read clearly no auto renewal clause but they must hide it somewhere. after you subscribed vip, they will auto renew and charge you without prior notification or seek your payment consent. And declined to refund and claimed there was a clause hidden in the setup. And the termination is very difficult.

Disappointing Made an account and tried to verify with my mobile number and it wouldn't allow me and ofcourse you can't interact with anyone unless you verify your account first which doesn't help. It was showing me girls from all over the world and none anywhere near me. Needs a lot of fixing. Deleted within the first hour of downloading it.

Although being able to do anything on here is locked behind a paywall, it really feels like they have a good grasp on eliminating bots. They will also message you on any upcoming meetup or speeddating events. And from a lot of the dating apps I've used for the quality of this app, the access being locked behind the paywall is definitely worth it. Only thing I see that needs improvement is their filter functions (there's nothing to set distance) and bugs in some parts of the app.

The app is pretty nice, but I deducted two stars because they don't have a built-in video feature for communicating with other members. Their user interface is buggy and does not allow you to modify your search (to do that you have to go to the browser version).

2 options are not provided . 1st they make it hard to hide members that don't fit your criteria, you need to go throw few steps to hide it, it is time consuming, instead of 1 click , so will stumble into their account many times . 2 they make hard to filter members who accept your age , they want you to keep wasting time going through their profile to check if they accept your age, huge waste time. If 2 options provided , this could the best app on the internet.
