there are a lot of scammers on this app. I got hit up by 3 guys. all with similar profiles. one asked me to but him a $200 iTunes gift card. the other asked what I did for a living then blocked me when I answered. just scammer after scammer.
Not enough real people on there. Also requiring me to verify my face to use it after a few days. I don't want this company to have my face ID. And you're not able to message anyone unless you pay (after 2-3 free ones).
I was hopeful when I downloaded this app. Its been 3 weeks and NO one even looked at my profile. I winked at many and still no visitors not even a message responded. I tried to message the agent and it kept asking me to verify my face which I already did.
Embarrassingly bad app the Jade Emperor would be ashamed. Requires verification but the buttons to verify your profil don't work. You can't get past the Captcha
The app needs to be up there to work with the latest Android model. The fact it's so far out of date that it keeps crashing every time I try to open it shows that this company doesn't actually care about you the people wanting to use their app or the fact that the app itself is just a piece of s***
Very good app to meet people when I was still able to use it. Am underage but customer service was great and even superior to other apps when I asked to save my account. I hope it stays that way till I come back.
For an app that only had around 50k downloads, it makes the user buy VIP status or diamonds to get more matches. Maybe you had around the same userbase as Tinder, this marketing plan is adequate. It costs 175 diamonds to unlock a match and you can get 250 for $12.99. I have to pay basically $13 dollars to talk to someone on an app with a lower userbase than other apps that are less restricting? Rethink your business model and review the processes of whoever made this decision.
they don't support their own app, no support willing to help. I emailed, wechat and no response. I can't login via Wechat and it keeps saying session expired. Very bad customer service.
A total buggy mess. Paid $150 for 6 month membership (this app is EXPENSIVE) and the app just said "something failed lol" and has no record of me paying. Sent their support an email, otherwise going to try getting a refund through Google.
Horrible app and desktop experience. Every time I try to log in (using email/password or Google account), I got automatically redirected back to the login page. Totally unusable app.
