So here's my honest take on 3D Modeling App: Sculpt & Draw. I've tested a bunch of 3D design apps and this one's pretty impressive for a mobile app. The sculpting and drawing tools are intuitive and work well, and the 3D models you can create are surprisingly high-quality.
