Not receiving notification for messages is the only issue. please solve it

I have taken a premium membership and I regret it now. the application fails to open. like seriously?? I have tried to Uninstall and reinstall for a number of times now but still, it fails to open. solve it at the earliest. it's been almost 2 months now I cannot open the application. My money has been completely wasted. I need a solution to this ASAP.

The app isn't opening. it's only loading everytime I open it. can you help me with the app?

terrible. every time I'm away from the app it logs me out... then it says account doesn't exist when I try to log back in. wish I could give 0 stars

After updating it doesn't open at all. can't use it anymore. My previous review - Zero star.I have been using this app for long time and haven't come across even a single genuine person or real profile. All girls profiles are fake. Made and run by fraud men with fake girls photos and they ask for money for video call and meeting. All are fraud and fake profiles. Not a single one is real. Time wasting. Please don't download. It's a big scam.

flawless so far been having a lot of fun. No bot and not many ads.

the app is easy to use, though selection is a little limited, but that can just be a user/marketing problem

not easy to use and good luck trying to connect with anyone from local areas!!! I'm Merseyside, changed the distance constantly and still getting requests from Morocco, anywhere other than the area I picked, don't waste your money

My bf and I have this app on our phones. When he messages someone, all I see on my app is the name of the person. I can not see the message he wrote to them. How am I supposed to keep a conversation going when I can't see anything he does. We are on the same account.

Free version is terrible. even if you match with someone they will never appear in your swipe queue, I swipped over 200 (100x daily limit) and never matched or unmatched. also the swipe gesture doesnt always show locals in your area, mostly other states so youll swipe on ppl that are not local to run up the limit. Its terrible unless you buy the premium. No management on inactive accounts, you tell some of those profiles were made years ago. talking about, "bored cause of covid." Free sucks. fyi

The app is super glitchy and fails to open. This means you have to re-install every time and you lose message history each time. Update (Aug 2025) - The app now fails to open at all. As an upgraded member I can no longer access this app. A detailed technical description of the failure mode was sent through to the support team. No change in performance or quality. As with all similar apps, it is plagued with sex worker accounts and phishing scams. Hard to avoid so keep your wits about you.

the app overall is alright, for whatever reason though my account keeps getting deleted after about 12 hours of making it. I would give support an email asking why but I don't see any sort of option for that at all. I don't even get an email explaining why or how it happened, I just opened it up after a few hours and it tells me I need to sign up again.

Yeah, this app is a hard No. Not only is its subscription completely overpriced, but you are unable to do anything except "like" other people's profile, without the subscription. Even if you match with someone you are UNABLE to message them. Then you just have to sit there, and hope to god the person your interested in did buy the over priced subscription. I deleted the app before I could tell you guys the subscription pricing, but I can promise it's not worth it, even if you have the money.

Couples can't view messages from separate devices. Whichever of us was last logged in gets the notification and can see the messages, while the other can't. This makes it impossible to chat as a couple unless we are sitting next to each other using only 1 device. Seems like it should allow for both people in the couple to always see all of the messaging. Fix this and you will have a pretty good app. Don't, and the app will continue to be garbage for couples.

First of all,any app that won't give you a trial period,or at least some actual functionality to get a feel for it, is hiding something. I was just curious, and no way am I going to spend money on an app going in blind.I didn't bother, but if you ever do buy a subscription on an app,and they don't give a trial,or have some decent functionality for the unpaid version (🚩if they have one at all🚩), buyer beware, at least take time to read the refund/cancellation policy.Save the phone#/instructions

Like other apps you can't do much without paying but the subscription is reasonable. My main complaint is that within my first day I have received 7 likes from fake profiles. It's incredibly annoying and a waste if time. Obvious they are fake because the location is always out of state and only include one profile photo but no description in the about us section. There seems to be a decent amount of profiles in the area but also can't see when they logged in last or if they are active.

They make getting a refund time-consuming and complicated. I invested $17.23 for one month of premium membership. Doesn't have a lot of features. It appears to have a lot of AI generated fake profiles. There is no ability to see if the other user has read your message (standard feature of messaging apps). Almost no female profiles are "verified." I have only had the membership for a few hours, but I have seen these strategies (fake profiles, receiving likes from bot profiles, etc).

Even with paid version, there's very few filters. Especially for who can see your profile, so you're constantly harassed by people halfway across the world, which is a huge time waste for most of us. AND you can't even see who likes you even with paid membership! ALSO messages in chat often won't go thru "something went wrong try again later" all the time. Turning off Wi-Fi or back can help, but only sometimes.

App is full of bots. Bot accounts are constantly being removed but the likes and views still remain and are counted making it appear more active to someone not subscribed. Very limited filters. Can not view last logon. Distance search accepts nothing less than precise location rights. Match filters do not align with search filters. No option to enter data for both people when setting up a couples account.
