Why must this APP use 152 MB of my space? It's just a search APP. Nothing fancy. Code needs to be rewritten.
in a country with many foreign they should make the option for the language, otherwise for the rest the app is not bad
Saturated with duplicate listings, no floor plans, awful photos (often resembling crime scenes)... is this really a professional service or satire on how bad a real estate website can get? 開玩笑

I FIND ALL MY RENTALS THROUGH THIS APP BUT THERES A FEW THINGS I THINK WOULD BE A NICE ADDITION LIKE A FEATURE TO ORGANIZE BY LATEST RENTAL AD. THERES A LOT OF NICE RENTALS, CALL THAN THEY SAY ITS BEEN RENTED OUT. WISH I COULD ORGANIZE ALL THE ADS BY LATEST POST.
No English language option. There are so many foreigners in Taiwan using this app but no English. Please consider to add language options
Easy to use, but........ Many housing agents are not honest and accurate in portraying the true condition of house.
Great app for finding a place to live in Taiwan! Sadly not in English but with google translate it's manageable. :) Found my room within a week thanks to the app!
Horrible UI. Not userfriendly at all, filters insufficiant (should be possible to filter by age of the bulding) It is ridicolous to show the same listing multiple times just because its managed by different agents and landloards. List actual size of apt without public space. Provide quality pictures that give an actual impression of the place. Require to provide a floorplan (layout) Provide a multi language version! If this was my app, I would feel embaressed.
I don't require an English version, foreigners live in Taiwan should learn enough to read and speak some Mandarin otherwise how will you even communicate with the landlords or sign the house contract that's all in Mandarin. The UI is terrible and lacks the proper filters that the desktop version has. One common issue in Taiwan is not mentioning the actual livable space for 電梯大樓 building types, landlords and realtors all lie about this blatantly. this should be a must input data for any listing.
Required: Actual size, without public space. Visited too many listings already that are 10 to 20 (!) ping smaller due to public space. Also, English please!
Sometimes even the place already rented,they didn't renew it, when checking the place already someone doing business there,many times 😕😕, sometimes can't make a phone call with the agency or owner
No English UI. please consider adding a language option and help Taiwan become a preferred destination for foreigners.
Horrible app. There is too much fake information in this app using fake-like pictures and lower prices than the real ones. The availability information of the rooms is outdated. When you contact the agent, most of the offerings "are already rented" and it is just a way for agents to bring you to their Line groups where they offer other places at insanely higher prices.
Spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to use it because there's no English option, but gave up. I don't see any advantage to using the app over the website, but at least the website doesn't ask permission to access my photos and files.
Crooked search system, NO ENGLISH (foreigners use this site more often then locals), landlords who want huge money for their awful apartments, and after you make this place look good, they raise the rental fee. And agents who tells you one amount for the flat and change it for higher price when you come to sign. I could say, never use this service. But others are the same there.
