Description
Been using 7 Minute Workout PRO for a couple months now. It’s basically a personal trainer app that gives you quick, full-body workouts you can do at home. Pretty solid if you’re into fitness and staying active.
Here’s what you do: you choose your fitness level (beginner, intermediate, or advanced) and the app will give you a 7-minute workout tailored to that. There’s also over 100 individual exercises with 3D animations, which is pretty cool. And you can pick from different music tracks to help motivate you – took me a while to figure that out but it’s useful.
Look, if you’re into fitness apps and want something simple you can do at home, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the workouts can get a little repetitive after a while – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.
Editor Opinion
So here's my honest take on 7 Minute Workout PRO. I've tried a bunch of workout apps and this one's a pretty solid option. It's got a nice variety of exercises that work your whole body, and the personal trainer feature is actually pretty helpful - you don't feel like you're just doing random workouts. The 7-minute format is also great if you don't have a lot of time. On the downside, the app can get a little boring after using it for a while, and the music selection is just okay. But overall, it's a great option if you're trying to stay fit at home.
