I wish 0 stars were an option. This app will routinely allow you to make orders and believe you will receive them.....only to cancel them more than an hour afterwards, all while continually sending you updates that falsely advise you of updates on the status of the order. Then, refunds are inevitably slow to process. Used to spend a few hundred dollars per month at this store and on the app, through food orders, lottery, coffee, soda, etc., but I AM DONE WITH THIS COMPANY!!! UNACCEPTABLE!

Only reason there are 2 stars is because it use to function fine, and the convenience when you don't have a vehicle is awesome. Plus it's the only thing we found nearby that delivers cigarettes. However the app had numerous glitches, and support didn't seem to care when brought to their attention. It's awesome when the app offers a $20 off $30 or something coupon, but not when the app bugs out the whole day that limited time deal is being offered. Now the app can't even process payments. Ughh.

Out of all the apps I've had over the last 10 years, this is the worse. I've had to contact customer service multiple times. The app would pull the money from my account and then promptly post a payment failure notice. So, after the app takes money out for hours or days, you still get no service. On 2 occasions items were left out of the order and no refund was made. I've never rated an app this low before, but 7elevens low, low, low customer service has earned it.

The app works well; its easy to navigate and understand. The service itself is mediocre at best. My first order was over an hour late with no updates sent to inform me of a delay. The customer service line is an answering machine (even after stating there were 0 customers ahead of me). That being said, if you want something delivered from 7-11 and dont mind waiting upwards of an hour past the quoted delivery time, this is the app for you.

Horrible Horrible Horrible. Finally got smart and am uninstalling the app. On multiple occasions they had me waiting over 1.5 hours for delivery from a store less than 2 miles away, and then cancel the order. Also had multiple instances where the payment would leave my account and could be seen as paid, but would show up as unpaid in their system. Then have to wait a day for them to release the funds. Also, when the mess up the order, you have to call in to get refund. Total pain.

The app rarely actually works. I tried about 15 orders and only 3 of them ever worked. The rest either give a payment error, say my card was declined (when it wasn't), gives a processing error, or goes through, only to cancel immediately or within a few hours (after not properly processing right away). The store told me it processed in their system in that case, but that it was "canceled by user". It wasn't. The app just tries to find every which way to not actually let me use it as intended.

The app sent the delivery driver to a 7-11 location that didn't exist and they were not able to redirect to a real location address to fulfill the order. The contact support link in the app straight up doesn't work, I had to look up the customer support number online. To top that off I was on hold for 20 minutes, 20. Minutes. Just to talk to someone. It got sorted out eventually but what an awful experience.

Way too many bugs and glitches in the app. Sometimes the "go to checkout" button disappears. Sometimes it would show an item is in stock but once you go to your cart it shows its unavailable. Sometimes in the homepage it will show an item is available but once you click on the item it shows the item is unavailable. The search button doesn't show all the items available with a key word. The delivery and pickup switches without asking the user. The UI and animation jitters or lags severely.

The app is inconsistent. One day it will accept my card and the next day it won't. it's annoying, the tracking system needs serious work. like I am loyal customer of 711. and you've been around for so long you would think you guys would put more effort in service, I have had orders come late and sometimes they won't even have items that are listed. your inventory on the website doesnt match your stores. it needs more variety. very disappointing.

It's a great app in theory with some really good deals if you purchase the Gold Pass for the month, which is also very reasonably priced per month... Unfortunately it's extremely hard to successfully get an order delivered... For starters, the app just does not work for days or weeks at a time and when it does 90% of time the local store just automatically cancels the order or does nothing and the status stays as order received for hours until you cancel it...

saw an ad for a discount on my next 3 orders. after going through the trouble of downloading and installing the app, creating an account, and verifying my phone number and my email address I was disappointed that the promo code I saw in the ad was expired. Immediately called customer service to delete my account because you can't delete your account through the app. Deserves zero stars.

I've been using the 7 Eleven app since before the app split between having a delivery app (this one) and their Rewards app. I noticed that suddenly, nutritional information has been deliberately left off in this app on specific food items, such as items high in sugar and fat. The only information shown is calories, saturated fat, sodium, and anything that comes up with a 0 amount. The deliberate nature of the removal of this information is frustrating and concerning. 7 Eleven should do better.

This app is easy to use and works pretty well. However, I have only been able to use the app once since I installed it. I signed up for the gold pass and had a delivery made. Everything went well. I then have tried to make more orders, however now I can't get delivery to my house. It always only shows pick up. I am not sure why? I am a good customer and always tip, so I'm pretty sure I am not shadow banned. I just hope I am able to use the actual app again and not have to go thru other apps.

IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD! THIS APP IS NOTHING MORE THAN A SCAM! Tried to use the intro offer that advertised $10 off your first order. And when I paid successfully at that, they then turn around and say when I get to the store, the item I ordered was out of stock conveniently. But yet, they let me order it just fine. And uh, they refused to give me a refund for the money. I spent. They again did the same exact thing a day later, and now they have taken more than twenty dollars

Not sure if someone new took over control of app development, but it's gotten SO much better in the past year. I especially love that we can transfer custom amounts of money into our wallet instead of the $10 increments. My only issue is that for a while now, the only "free items" with deliveries over $10 are slurpees, whereas there used to be a good variety of snacks and drinks offered.

I placed an order and I paid for it. I receive a text stating there was a problem with the order and they had to cancel it, and would be credited back in a week. Nice, hold my money. Today I get an email that stated that they care about their customers and if I want a refund to go to help in the app, and individual businesses can do whatever they want. Give me money back you horrible people. Also, your app is awful. If you were unable to fulfill a simple order there is no excuse to take it.

I place an order, then receive a message that no drivers are available and to change delivery address or pick up order. ok, so I will pick it up. (I can't change my delivery address as this is where I live (duh). The problem is that the promo code is only good for delivery. What gives? Please explain that logic. I would rather pick up anyhow due to stuff not being in stock. please advise.

I wasn't getting any of the messages for my code to log in. It locked me out, so I got sent to support. My call got disconnected, so I called again. I got ahold of someone to try and get my account unlocked, but they weren't able to help, so they just transferred me to someone else. Instead of transfering me to someone who can help. They transferred me to the internal store support line, not a customer service line. I've been at this for 30 minutes now and am really frustrated.

first and foremost not a great app. that being said the gold membership or whatever is supposed to take off the delivery fee it does not and good luck getting ahold of anyone to fix this issue. even still I was willing to use them because they are closest to my work makes life a little easier. they were using doordash as their delivery service which was fine then they switched to Uber my original delivery time was an hour ago but that's fine I can go talk to someone right? nope terrible!!

3 years doing orders, never again. Ordered items back in June that were not delivered. Still have yet to get my money back from these thieves. Lied that they would get my money refunded back to me on 3 different occasions, after I had to keep calling. Within the app, it wouldn't let me request a refund because one of the 5 items in the order was out of stock, so it automatically canceled and refunded that item. Kept getting a "refunded already issued" message. Still paid for 3 items i didn't get
