I love the service, the items, and the prices very well. In my opinion if they had Wi-Fi for customers it would help those of us who don't have phone service. Thank you.

the variety of sweets and salty stuff is extraordinary the service is above and beyond and great prices, I would totally recommend this bakery and Cafe to anyone, they have earned my loyalty because they are that good. keep up the great work. really appreciate everyone there that gives great service. thank you.

I gave up on this App and probably will give up doing business with those bakeries because all my hard earned points are easily expired. I don't think keeping points may affect their business but, to me, using the excuse to expire points is not nice. They aren't the only bakeries, just like some fishes in the ocean.

Cannot complete the verification process like many others. The troubleshooting tips on the website are a little ridiculous including changing permissions for the app, texting them and calling your cell carrier to allow a certain type of messages. This is wack. I can install other similar apps without a problem let alone headache. Fix your app!!

I had gotten the email to add my email address to the app since i login with my phone number. I made sure it was added. Then when I received the second email to change the password I ran into a wall trying to get the new app to log me in. I thought I had lost my points on my account. Turns out on PC I can login to my account and see everything, but when I try to login to the app I dont get past the login screen. It just refreshes and doesn't let me progress. Really frustrating.

I wasn't even able to fully sign up in the app because when it asks for my birthday, the calendar automatically asks you to set your DOB but it's on January 1, 1900 and you have to move MONTH BY MONTH through the calendar so you can find your DOB which I find ridiculous, I won't be scrolling through the calendar for 972 months to get to December 1981 just to order pastries through an app, not even if they were free. I'm going to uninstall it right now

Like many others' experience, I was unable to receive the verification code to finish creating my account despite multiple tries and reinstalling the app. I also see how choosing the birth year is not intuitive and so needs to be improved. Please developer look into these basic issues. Edit: Finally received the verification codes. But the long delay was still annoying. Also needed is a log in option in the menu.

The app won't even open anymore. Keeps crashing immediately upon clicking. Bring back the old app; it worked JUST FINE. Because of this issue, I can't redeem any of my monthly rewards, and the stores refuse to give me anything if they don't have a QR code to scan. This has made me stop going to 85*.

I was unable to register as I didn't receive a verification code as others have experienced. So I sent an email to the company and very quickly the sent a code and now I am all set. They even offered to apply points from previous purchases!! Definitely reach out to them by email if you are experiencing issues. Great customer service!!!

I love the store but the app is awful. Went to redeem my rewards points and they seemingly disappeared. Couldn't even add anything to order because despite being open it says the restaurant isn't accepting orders? And when I have ordered pickup before it apparently scheduled it for 20 minutes ahead, so after quite a while of waiting and many getting their drinks before me, I ended up asking an employee if they received my order. They had but I guess we're waiting to make it? Idk weird system.

awful interface. it is difficult to order when using a coupon as you need to really know the coupon and their menu well as the coupon will only appear if you got the right order so I though it was not working until I went back and look what was wrong when I was able to correct it, it worked. there is no order history, only got 1 out of 2 receipts I ordered and their estimate is 25 min to pick up order and I am still waiting here even though there is on one on the line. should have ordered inside

After the recent update the app is incredibly confusing. It's not explained how to use the app reward (you don't have to redeem it, just scan scan your code), it says I have a VIP quarterly drink but not what it is or can be used towards, you also used to be able to redeem a free med drink and then pay the different to upgrade it to a large, that no longer seems to be an option. The UI is also much poorer. Overall a very disappointing update.

Had me update app, but I can't even look at anything on the menu without the store being open. I've never not been able to look at the items on an app and advance. The app was never great, and now I understand it less. Also doesn't break down Reward points in anyway. Makes it seem like you can see your purchase history and certain items but you can't really do much with it. Just odd all around

Worst app if you order through it! After placing an order through the app and paid for it. They tell you your order will be ready in 20-25 minutes. Which is extremely long for a bakery. What's more, you won't see your order history, wondering if your order went through. It turns out, they don't make your drink until you show up and TELL them personally you're there to pick it up. Now you need to wait in line and wait some more! What a total failure for the developer and the management!

Love racking up points and getting free treats! I wish there was a way to enter receipts after purchase though. I've forgotten to scan a few times and missed out on points. For everyone trying to enter your birthday: click on the year! It'll give you a scrolling menu where you can select your birth year! User interface can probably be improved by making that more clear (add a little down arrow button next to year).

Can't login anymore with my old account, nor can I even request to change passwords. But according to others, doesn't seem like it'll matter because all my points and VIP status will be gone anyway? Sounds like this new update really screwed over any existing clients. Really liked the old app as it was simple, straightforward, and I used it all the time.

Good app and does its job fine. Prices, rewards, and available items are clear. However, it's inconvenient that I can't add a gift card code to the account and instead have to take out the physical gift card and enter its information every time i want to order. Additionally, ordering "ASAP" still waits a couple of minutes (15-25) before the store receives the order and I still have to tell the drink counter in-person to begin making the order.

Hey- Fix your app. I placed an order via Google Pay and even went to the counter to confirm I was waiting for a mobile order, but nothing showed up on their system for 20 minutes. Navigating away from the order window once an order is placed prevents you from ever seeing the order number again. So I only knew the number from memory (18537). Please use that number if you plan to debug this. I'm not placing orders online again until this is fixed. Order confirmations should be immediate.

Good attempt ... 1) can't order online, 2) it doesn't show the full menu, you have to know which category of drinks you want rather than being able to see the full menu item by item, 3) doesn't tell you how you earn points (i.e. 1 point per dollar spent or what?), 4) doesn't show how many points needed to redeem in store menu items. I'm not sure this app serves any purpose outside of "collecting points" .. even though there seems to be apparent issues with redeeming points per the other users

The app is only really useful for tracking reward points. Beyond that, it's useless. Everything is often 'sold out' (it's not, there's more than plenty in store), or not available because the app has only 1/4th of the menu. I like 85's stuff, and it's price point beats out just about everywhere, just a shame I can't plan a trip out or window shop until I go.
