App not user frendly and lot of confusion. I post my ad and don't know where to check. Lot of scammer asking me send property photos but don't know know why?
Worts App. Zero privacy. The app forces you to login with Phone number. and the moment you log-in, your number and name is shared with thwir network brokers. This is totally unaaceptable. Even if you delete the app, you keep getting calls from these brokers.1 star is also a star too many. SPAMMERS!
I purchased a paid service after it was heavily advertised. Shortly after, a representative called, saying my chosen plan was not suitable and pushed me to upgrade. Despite this, I haven’t received a single response or benefit from the service. I strongly advise against buying any plans here—better to consult a real broker or advertise through other reliable platforms
I am absolutely furious with the pathetic service I have received from 99acres. I posted an ad for the sale of my house and spent around ₹2000 just to increase its visibility. Despite this, I got ZERO genuine responses. Instead of actual client inquiries, the only calls I’ve received are from your own employees, constantly pushing me to upgrade my plan. worst app ever, i want my refund...
I have used this app to list my properties twice. The payment for listing out property is too high for their useless services. They give fake commitments before subscription and then ignore customers requests. I suggest to use social media personally instead of 99acres. Especially Hyd and Bnglore people should not touch this app if they want to sell property. Relationship managers are bunch of dumbest individuals. They just count number of times property viewed, clicked,etc to show their work.
You have made experience of user to work on your application software very Frustrating like sending too many messages, pop up menu, software lag, sending trouble causing messages while entering one time message OTP. Please make these features be not feel frustrating. Earlier invested about 14000 in your House selling plan offer.
WEIRD experience.. most of the listings are by brokers and even when you contact the listings allegedly made by owners you either get a response that the flat is no longer available, or no photos available, or asked to contact a broker number.
Very very unprofessional Platform . After you buy 99acres basic plan they will force you to buy there premium plan of 23000 Rs But dont worry its not finish, then they again force you to buy new plan of near 5000 Rs to sell your property fast but very slow result . So basically now 99acres not same like before because in place of sale your property they always force you to sell there Expensive Packages. Strongly Recommend not to Waste your money and time Here. chose another platform like olx.
Unable to contact owners for a rented flat. Even changed registration, still the app says contact limit is extended.
waste of money. took their service to rent my property. I got all fake leads. no genuine potential tenant. employees are also very slow. Field manager work till 6.30 pm only so if any one wants to see flat after that they can't arrange a field manager. really disappointed with them..wasted my one month rental because of them. better I would have taken some other app service which are far good.
