Constant "Sorry, an error has occured" message when trying to do anything at all on the app.

Seems to work great with Apple products, not so much with Android phones. Nothing works.

Super useful to avoid deception when booking tickets. Frank, the developer is super engaged and responsive. Great work, I love your app!

VERY USEFUL! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE WHO IS PICKY ABOUT WHERE THEY SHOULD SIT FOR A PARTICULAR EVENT AT A PARTICULAR VENUE. ON TICKET WEBSITES SUCH AS TICKETMASTER, WHEN YOU BUY THE TICKET YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOUR SPECIFIC SEAT ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE. WITH THIS APP YOU CAN SEE FIRST PERSON VIEWS FROM SEATS AT VENUES. I USE THIS TO PICK OUT SEATS AT EVERY EVENT I GO TO NOW. 👍👍👍👍👍

Many Cleveland and Akron Ohio venues are missing or no one has entered a photo for it. Here is a list of some of the missing venues: Ohio Theatre, Hanna Theatre, Agora, Akron Civic Theatre, EJ Thomas Hall, Hard Rock Rocksino. Yeah. I know -- there are a lot missing. I am shocked that the owner of this app hasn't entered these. Cleveland has the second largest theater district in the country with only New York City"s Broadway theater district beating Cleveland for the largest.

Precise and accurate. As for myself, they facilitated a sneak preview of the Tom Segura comedy show I attended in November. Smart idea for an app! I wish I would have thought of it first!

Impressed with the different field view selections. Gives a real sense of the view I will experience. Looking forward to posting the pictures I will capture. The game plays next week, Go Giants!!!

I can't even add a venue or team as my favourite. I just get an error message when I try. So I'm certainly not gonna upload any pics if it won't let me add my favourite team/venue.

Love this app and contribute to it a lot but haven't been able to upload any photos lately. App isn't allowing me to. Not sure if there is a glitch or if this app just isn't working anymore.

Had an issue to start, but the team was quick to reach out and correct it. Now it works perfectly. This app is a fantastic tool to help when choosing seats for any event.

the app used to be good, but now the app doesn't work at all anymore. nothing loads at all. however, I'm able to visit the site from my computer just fine. unfortunately, using the site on my computer makes it a task to upload pictures that I took on my phone (so I can't help other people out).

I really love this idea. Being able to get a perspective of what someone might see from their seats really helped to choose my tickets more wisely and not have to spend as much cash on a cheaper seat that had just as good if not better view of the stage. Can be great to figure out how much an upgrade is worth between rows or sections, especially when choosing between closer seats far to one side, vs seats farther back but more center stage.

Impossible to check my post so I can edit the boxes or add comments... The UX in general is very bad. Still useful tho Edit : Thanks for the reply but I'm logged in (my name is showing) and my badges progress (4/100) so I know it's uploaded under my name. But when I want to check my photos, nothing is showing up

The app has helped me visualize different seating options for concerts, ballgames, events over the past couple of years. It's a significant improvement over ticket sites' basic seating charts, and much better than those sites' photos (or simulations) of empty venues. Seeing a venue with actual people and concert/game lighting can't be matched. And it's also easy to be a contributing member of the community with a pretty user-friendly/easy interface and flow: when it comes to posting my own concert/game photos, I especially like the ability to take a photo, and post it later (next day, e.g.). That way, I can concentrate on the event and the people I'm with, and use my phone as little as possible the day of. All around, this is a great app/service/community!

Great way to see a view before you buy your tickets to a show or event. The UI is a bit clumsy for uploading though that's probably why there's not an overwhelming amount of people uploading to the app developers need to make it easy enough for any simple child to upload then give them free stuff for doing it...

I go to Broadway shows often. This app is simple yet WONDERFUL in helping me to find inexpensive seating but in better locations. I only wish more people knew of it/posted their photos from their seats so that there'd be more images from various theatres and seats. (If there are ads, I've never noticed them.) I do wish their were drop down menus for the sections of the theatres as it would make posting all the more faster.

Just started crashing...did uninstall, then downloaded again. Still crashing

The app doesn't work, if you search for any venue or choose any category it just says " no data found". Website doesn't work either, just says "traffic got you down"
