Stopped working on Android 14. App immediately closes even after clearing cache, uninstalling, reinstalling, and restarting phone several times.

Doesn't let me login in. Just get message is login failure.. and I have checked my credentials a million times. It's correct. Please fix!

When I try to download app, Google Play Says "your device is not compatible with this app. I have an Android phone. It does not say what type Android system is compatible.

Doesn't automatically update or upload the new journals. I have to uninstall, then reinstall the app if I want the most recent journals and information.

Even though I'm logged in I can't access any resources for students. It keeps promoting me to sign in which I do/am and then it again prompts me to sign in. So useless app.

UPDATE: It's now compatible with my tablet! Yeah! The app isn't of much use on my phone. I would love to be able to read the journals on my tablet, but it won't install.

App is not useful, constantly freezes and asks me to log in over and over again. From the comments it looks like this is an ongoing problem that is not being addressed.

Nice idea but functionally impossible to use due to inability to login - "Access blocked: American Academy of Family Physicians’s request does not comply with Google’s policies" Update: I emailed AAFP support and got a bounce back message that my email was blocked by their server. So no assistance on the horizon.

It was great in the past. Now I can't open it. It asks for access and then kicks back to the login screen. Wonderful app but useless if I can't log in.

They have changed the site and app to the worse, I suggest get rid off all IT personals and hire smart ones. All morning I am trying to get to my account. Membership over $800 should be able to get me access to account. I have been a member since 2004! Disappointed.

Controls somewhat hidden, arcane. Wish the Academy and The Board were better linked. I know they're 'different,' but that doesn't help me. The Re-Cert is stll very confusing. CME? CKSA? Points? Some quizzes I can try 'best-guess' then re-test, CKSA locks out with a failure.

i am a paid international member. Previously the app was working fine. but now the cme transcipt is not showing up plus whenever i try to attempt any cme, it ask for login details again and again. now moving forward. lastly now allowing afp content. Disappointed.

It seemed to work fine until last year, but now I can no longer log in properly and cannot access the content. I deleted and reinstalled the app, but the issue remains the same.

Inconsistent locking of AFP and FPM journals preventing me from accessing them. Not sure why I have to pay for access to back issues on the mobile app when I can easily view on the website with my membership. App crashes when you try to read PDF version of FP essentials.

Make the app installable on tablets, what the heck are you guys thinking. You took away the old app for reading journals digitally and this all isn't even supported on tablets. Not sure who decided this was a good idea.

I'm loving this app. Sure, there are a few things i would improve, but overall, the cme portions are making it much easier for me to get my educational goals (getting cme done on my commute, don't worry, taking the quizzes at home)

I greatly prefer this app to website. It is easy to use and well designed. I have completed more journals with this app than the website or on paper. I gave it a lower rating because it keeps kicking me out. I have to log out and log back in everytime I reopen the app. I would prefer it if I had to log in everytime. I would also love to be able to download the articles to my actual phone, not the app.

Unfortunately I'm unable to log in through the app because it doesn't let you log in through Google on my Android phone (this is how I log into AAFP through all other devices). The option to log in through a Google account is there, however, I get an error stating the app developer needs to make sure the content cookies with Google. Please fix this glitch.

Hard to get value out of a journal app for CME, when I'm not able to access any of the journals. "Unable to download file" every time despite restarting phone and reinstalling the app. The layout actually looks good, so it's a shame it doesn't work.

Not able to access the newest AFP journals and complete the CME quizzes. Last AFP journal available is from over a year ago. Also there should be an option to indicate what level you are at. After medical school I don't really have use for the Student tab.
