One of the worst apps I've ever used. Prompts me to log back in constantly, and tells me my password is incorrect when I know it is not. I have to go through the password reset process every time I use the app. The authentication process is extremely buggy, which makes the app almost unusable.

despite all the information entered, does not automatically tie to my existing membership but instead appears to create a new one. "Benefits" defaults to my county for location, and when I opt for "New Location" to enter major cities along an upcoming travel route, each location I try produces "No Results." So far just a useless and messy app.

App needs some improvements in navigation and a special section that marks off the rewards. It's jumbled and can be confusing especially to anyone new to the internet. Plus, I haven't gotten my cards, but I keeping get notices in the mail to join as if my joining has been unlinked somewhere. Otherwise it's a tool to be used, I just hadn't figured out where for me at 50?

Interesting and relevant articles, but it would be so much more useful to be able to bookmark them for reading later/saving them, to be able to share with others, or making notes of important points to save to a personal notebook... so many improvements that could be made to make this app more useful than the average webpage instead of less so.

There's pretty much no point for this app. The points are useless you can enter them into drawings that you will never win or they can help you get discounts to spend a ton more money on their website. But truth be told as much as I love discounts there's almost nothing here that's going to get you a decent discount that you can't have acquired without this app. Very disappointing.

Medicore at best. There should be better ways to find things in my area. Asked to search for restaurants in my county and gives them for 100's of miles away. Don't think so. Also, insane that when you hit Learn More it takes you online and you need to enter password again. I use apps so I don't have to constantly enter passwords as they are all different.

I'm an AARP member, pay dues and make donations and still have to watch ads to get to some places, like doing puzzles, etc., to earn points. This frustration is exacerbated by having to click through so many screens to get there. Then, after all that effort, the options to redeem rewards is pathetic. Most reward opportunities are just to get into a drawing for something. And for the few options to use a extremely high number of points for a $5 reward, the merchants are few and not popular.

Downloaded the app. It told me I was entering the incorrect password. I definately was not! Retried several times. Uninstalled the app! As most other reviewers have said...PROBLEMS, PROBLEMS, PROBLEMS! One can't even get past the log in. I'll come back and try again in the future. No one has time to keep playing to get into an app. It's sole purpose is for on the go, quick access. This problem has dated back for many months.

There are no real discounts with this app/membership. The discounts they provide for hotels/cars are the same from a general Google search. Now the price has increased to $20. I just cancelled auto renew. I'm not saving anything with AARP. And their customer service is lacking. Can't reach them via chat. When I called, I had to input my information 3 times. I finally just started hitting zeros until I was transferred to someone. Other than cruise gift cards there's nothing worthwhile.

I have the app on my phone for my parents. Haven't used it much for the actual services, but I do get push notifications from them. I went into settings and turned off notifications for news articles, as they were totally irrelevant, but they still come up on my screen. I contacted customer services and they said there's no way to change that. So that's fun. I get bright red important looking pop-ups in my notifications and it's just an article about a guy who took money from his 401k too soon.
