Been using Access Corrections for a couple months now. It’s basically a finance app that lets you manage your inmate account on the go. Pretty solid if you’ve got a loved one in the system.

Here’s what you can do – you can create and manage your account, search for facilities and inmates, send money using your card, and even chat with customer service. There’s also a transaction history feature which is pretty useful. Took me a while to figure out how to use it all, but it’s not too complicated.

Look, if you need to handle correctional facility stuff, this app will get the job done. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a bit clunky at times – but overall it works well. Worth checking out if you’re in that situation.

So here's my take on Access Corrections. I've tested a bunch of finance apps and this one's pretty solid for its specific use case. The core features all work as advertised and it's easy to manage your account on the go. That said, the design feels a little outdated and there's a bit of a learning curve to figure everything out. But if you need to stay on top of your incarcerated loved one's finances, this is a reliable option.

Seems I get a lot of errors messages. Works on occasion, but it's very frustrating. I fear it's easily hacked. Is my info secure? IMO ... need lots of work....
