Until I figure out why my refills are every 2 week, instead of 3 months like express scripts, this is my review. I'm not pleased with the inidated

the recent update messed up the app. it keeps saying system error please try back later. it's been days now and still won't work.

Every month there is a problem with the refill. The prescription is for a rare heart condition and more than once the refill has been late due to their errors.

Ordering from the app will not tell you if there is an issue like a new prescription needed or prior authorization. It lets you schedule delivery thinking nothing is wrong then WEEKS later when you are expecting the prescription you find out they stopped it.

The app doesn't allow screenshots. I'd like to be able to do that so I can keep track of when the meds are coming. It is easy to reorder, though.

Even though payment method is 100% correct, it won't accept it for the "outstanding" balance. Placing a refill order it reflected the payment method.

This is an exceptional app. it is very easy to use, and I can conduct reorders in a matter of a minute. I love using this through my phone because I handle my prescriptions from anywhere. Well done!

Very poor service, lack of communication.

Very straightforward, simple app to get refills and track your doses!

Update: May 2025 update fixed the crashing. Has not worked since the April 4, 2025 update. Just crashes. Prior to that it did not add a sharps container to any order since December. I've called Accredo to report the bug with the sharps container, and the crashes, but I might as well talk to a wall. Accredo reps claim to have ordered a sharps container, but none ever arrive.

The worst company to do business with. It's too big with too many departments. Calling for help or information is pointless. You get switched from 1 department to another and neither one knows what's going on. If there is any way to not have to do business with them...then don't. They are a multi-billion-dollar conglomerate. I had to go without my meds for 6 weeks because 1 department didn't know the other department didn't do their job. Run away, run as fast as you can to get away from them.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have missed medication due to negligence, and it was not filled even though I called in and ordered it several times. This was not an isolated incident.

there is no email address to be found for accredo. I can only whisper due to having paralyzed vocal cords. I've been hung up on 4 times so far today while trying to order medications. two of the meds I need didn't come when I ordered last time. .one had been farmed out to a different pharmacy for some unknown reason so I have to go through whole half to full hour process twice in order to complete medication orders. I've been looking all over internet, their app, help area, contacts etc.

This app has never worked for me to refill my script. Whenever I try it always give me an error and says it cannot refill my script. Ordering on the web page works fine, but the app is worthless.

Accredo is the absolute worst. I can only describe it as malicious incompetence. Do whatever you can to avoid using this pharmacy. The app is not helpful. ALWAYS call them, and ALWAYS document every single phone call with them. I promise, you'll need that info. Best of luck.

This app sucks, half the time I have issues logging in due to unknown errors. Then, even though i have set up dose reminders and made sure the the app has the correct permissions, I still dont get any reminders. Today, I checked my dose reminders and they have completely disappeared.

Scheduled a refill through the app and it gave me several dates to choose from. My last refill was June 2. I chose July 1 from the dates that they provided. Waited for it to come but it didn't. Logged back in this evening and now it says that they will deliver on July 15th. The balance is paid in full. The next dose is due now but I have to wait 2 more weeks?!! If there was an issue they should have called, emailed, texted or sent smoke signals. System incompetence. Zero ⭐s

Very good app. No bells and whistles, but not many needed. Intuitive and the experience is easy to follow. Only real suggestion is when an invoice appears unexpectedly, have some basic explanation of origin of charge. I paid it, but not really sure what the charge was, based on being told I had a $0.00 co-pay on all orders.

Difficult to use app, adds no additional value to service. I shows me as having multiple accounts, which is not true, so I always have to guess which is the current, active account. (I have no idea why it shows multiple accounts since I am new to Accredo.) It is easy to order refills but I see nothing a specialty pharmacy accomplishes other than adding middlemen to suck up more money.

This rating reflects my frustration with the app, not the pharmacy team; they have all been very kind and helpful, and I haven't missed a dose of my RX because their shipping is very fast. When I can actually log into the app, ordering my medication is easy, but therein lies the problem - I often can't actually log in. After completing two-step verification, some system error occurs and I have to call to order or pay my copay. The automated system gets there eventually, but it's frustrating.
