I have paid for the Digital Lifetime subscription 1 day ago, but still it is not activated. I have sent email to their customer service but got no reply. Plus no one is picking my call on their contact number. I feel cheated and don't know what to do. Guys, beware before subscribing to ACK. Their customer service is pathetic and very poor ! All they want is money, and provide bo genuine service !!

After I posted the opinion about this app in public, the automatic charge that was applied to my card was refunded. I thank you for it. But, I would like to sincerely warn you about such policies whereby no refunds are issued for automatic renewals and the customer doesn't get a chance to cancel the auto renewal due to problems with the app. Also, asking customers to remove their card from Google is also inappropriate. You need to fix your app and services, yourself.

I got offer from ACK for having 1 month free online books from an exhibition where they had a stall. When I used the scanner to activate it, turns out it was only FOR ONE DAY. This was a cheap trick by ACK and I'm very angry. Also it's only available on the app and not on the website.

The life time subscription option is not showing on the app and most of the books are not available to read in this subscription. The reader for comics needs to be improved for better readability on phone. No reply from the customer service desk also since a couple of days.

Good way to reconnect with all the timeless classics, and relive my childhood. The only suggestion I'd have is to enhance the reading mode since the current one is too narrow for mobile devices. A liquid reading mode, similar to the one in kindle would be much more interactive and enhance the reading experience

No reply from customer service ,have purchased the 3 month subscription. Was using it for 2 days ,after which there was a problem in the app ,so I tried logging back in ,it said no id and my subscription just had disappeared. I tried contacting the customer service by phone ,wrote multiple emails ,but absolutely no reply .

Appreciate the gesture to read the books for free during the lockdown, but a dark mode is warranted. Few missing titles was disappointing. 'Love' option shd be renamed 'Bookmark' to differentiate from 'Like' option. Bookmarks be given a tab in menu for quickly accessing preferred books. Allow the users to bookmark in quick view/search/list mode. Download issue maybe due to peak traffic hrs. App needing internet to initiate was disappointing, should be done away with if possible. Thx again 🙂

The app is good for my kids, they can read Indian mythology, history etc. But app need many improvements. It lacking search based on by age, type, genre. Only search by book name does not land to desired book. Navigations needs improvements. Sometimes app crashes for me reason on tab. The interface of the makes it frustrating to use it. You need some professional to improve it.

I am a huge fan of Amar Chitra Katha. The app gives me unlimited access to all titles. The pages are well laid out and the flipping of pages on the digital Web page gives the feel of reading a real book. On mobile, the comic books are a pleasure to read on the go, as we can zoom in and out. The graphics are beautiful and colourful on mobile and ipad. My personal favourites are Mahabharatha and Ramayana series. I would have read it multiple times now and it is so exciting to read it again.

On mobile phone it is too difficult to read the books especially for small children. You have to constantly zoom-in or zoom out in order to read which makes reading experience bad further. I do not have a Tablet but there should be some other devices like Laptop or Desktop computer that are to be supported. Or if you already support Laptop or Desktop please let me know.
