I’ve been using ACL & Knee Physical Therapy for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you do physical therapy at home after knee or hip surgery. Pretty solid if you’re recovering from an injury or getting ready for a procedure.
Here’s what you can do: there’s a bunch of video-guided exercises you can follow daily. It’s got a cool feature where you can use your phone to measure your knee range of motion and track progress. And there’s also the option to book virtual PT sessions if you need one-on-one help. Took me a while to figure some of it out, but it’s been really useful overall.
Look, if you’re recovering from knee or hip surgery, you’ll probably get a lot out of this app. It’s not perfect – the app can be a little glitchy sometimes – but it does the job. Worth checking out if you want to do PT at home.
