I download this app so I could look up property owners. It's nice to know your neigbors without having to go to the courthouse and look up the information. It's time consuming and because of this there are a lot of tresspassers. This app was a convenience and I used it almost daily but since they started charging a $10 p/month fee, no your ears don't flap and my lips don't stutter, I said PER MONTH... I can see paying a one time fee. The short version is, good bye, it was nice while it lasted!

It worked great until this "update" now all I see is blurry green where the homes used to be I was using this every day in Florida and will be back Saturday hope they fix it by then .

The property I am looking at is at least two owners behind, could use some updating.

well the map is actually pretty clear and it's pretty darn informative

The property lines are on point. The only reason I'm giving a 4 ⭐ review is because of the pixelated view when you zoom in. Other than that, it's a really great app.

Extremely useful, even more informative than what i was originally seeking.

I can stay up to speed with my realtor, bc I have all his toys. typography is such a big part of figuring out a lot and this app helps. I also like tracking a route on a potential potential piece of land.

paid for a trial membership and is the only way this app will provide all the data you need. I'm not needing 12 months for investing full membership just needed a few properties information the same if u went personally to the county's assessor's office it really was helpful and shows all ownerships to ea parcel and great graphics and time saver . if I was a realtor or mapping a hiking adventure I would consider signing up for its information and property lines. this app is obviously using Google data. I checked my property and you have the same wrong address Google has. because of that, I wouldn't keep it if it was free.

This app is amazing for some info on farms you own and lease. But even better for bidding on farm for sale or rent.

So far the basic free stuff works for what I need. Always keep up with the value of land all around so you never get ripped off.

used it a few years ago and most features were free. now you can't do anything without paying a subscription.

I am not able to open this app anymore I used to be able to use it whenever I want it and now I can't even open it I tried uninstalling it reinstalling it and everything shutting off my phone turning my phone back on and I go open the app and it just kicks me right out I have no idea what's going on with it or anything else and I've already paid every month to use this app now it is not working

was asked to update app. When I did it want let me open the app. Says it has a bug. Can someone fix this for me. it's been 3 days since my acre app crashed. I still can't access my app. 8/6 still won't open

It's good when it works. More times than not, it's NOT working. When clicking on explore or insights, no additional information comes up. When it did show more information, it worked well, but it's rare that the information shows up. I hope you get it working right. FOLLOW UP: Since then, they started charging money for this. Wasn't worth free, since the update, it's A TERRIBLE app.

I found this app by accident, and downloaded it. All of the features worked. Now 2 months later the same features I was using it is now prompting me to subscribe and pay. I hate when apps do this, and its happening more and more. I would have rather never been able to use it in the first place, never have been exposed to it at all. Luring users in by having the app for free, and then changing to a paid subscription later, is so scummy.

Had it for a while. When I originally downloaded it as a free app there were things available that now have been switched to pay only access. I really don't see anything "upgraded" but downgraded and a pricetag attached. That's just like buying a car and a week later they take out the air conditioning and charge you more to put it back in.

It was free when I downloaded it. Now I go to use it and the same information is being held ransom. So, I start the 7 day trail. Only now, I can't even log in. Not even a support option. Day 1 of 7 down the drain. Bottom line, apart from it just not working, your whole bait and switch tactic is shady and underhanded. The least you could do is make sure the thing works before you demand a ransom on what you offered for free. You clearly can't be trusted so I'll be cancelling and uninstalling.

It was a great app for free. The amount they want per month now for basic information is out of line. I understand they can't improve on the app for free but $10/month is a pretty steep jump from $0/month. Maybe half that or some ads would be acceptable. I don't think many people are going to shell out that kind of money for something they can find elsewhere.
