Both major auction companies changing their system every couple years.Of couse they need to clear and write off lots of money.I just wonder how they can find worst new app or website design..

ADESA Clear app works well. There are never any details available for Convertable-top cars. The detail/video for the top Convertable of the car, whether it’s working or not, is not available. the engine sound voice is always clear, and it helps.

The application is difficult to use. When navigating through the run lists and selecting a car to check or save, returning to the main page brings you back to the top of the list. You then have to scroll down again to find where you left off. my phone is android.

when I scroll down on my phone. The app always take me to the top of the page. As if I restarted my search.

This design is unfriendly at all, we don’t want a complicated app like this one, too many glitches, please let us used the old Adesa Marketplace PLEASE.

new version is garbage! can’t sort by lane. notes don’t save properly. gate pass feature doesn’t download on phone.. on and on. bring old one back!

Can I rate zero stars?? There is no more vehicle location option. How am I supposed to locate a vehicle when at the auction. Guess I have to walk the whole auction to be able to find a vehicle thays not in it’d correct place.

How do you force us to use this incomplete app and remove the perfectly running app? Glitches, errors, very few options, we can add vehicles on watch list but can’t get to our list? Are you serious? why was this an emergency to launch and force buyers to use this app without it being completed? […]

Update, still awful!! This new app is absolutely garbage. Cant search lane/run number. Glitches and you have to start search over. manheim it is! Adesa PLEASE FIX THESE APPS! Such a cluster compared to the old Adesa application. Very confusing and uneasy to navigate through.
