garbage app optimization and If I wasn't forced to use it by work I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole. it gives plenty of options which is about the only nice thing. The amount of data required for most actions makes it a struggle to use unless you are on wifi. the clutter of information is also very intuitive.

I've changed my password multiple times trying to access my payroll information. I have been able to get in twice, but now it just keeps asking for my username and password. It sends me a code to verify, I enter the code, and it loops me back to the login page. It took multiple attempts with my HR rep to get my tax info in. Now I can't access my account.
worst app ever! All the sudden it decided my login information wasn't correct. I have tried everything! it let me in on my laptop, but I never have my laptop with me when I need to look up the information. I have tried everything I can think of. problem is there is no one that you can contact at ADP get help. I think that is absolutely ludicrous! this app actually makes my blood boil!! August 30th. nothing happens when I click the reset button. going to recommend they find someone else to use!
The ADP app has always been 🗑️ in my opinion. With this most recent update, it has gotten that much worse. The app NEVER remembers my username/password anymore even though I checked the box for it to do so. I have also said, "yes" to using biometrics to login but it has not saved that option either. When logging in, it takes me out of the app, once I have logged in, it brings me back to the app. Being a large company, I think you can afford to do much better.
Literally cannot sign in. I've typed in my password, and the verification code. Then I get sent to sign in again, and the loop continues. maybe try to not have to keep switching me from an app to a web page and back to the app when signing in, and allowing you to just sign in on the app itself. I legitimately could've coded this better with my minimal coding experience, or at least would've had the common decency to ask someone for help if I couldn't write the code properly
They added Ai and made the app stupid. Can't file or cancel time off. Can't find most of the things available on the website. The "new" search bar can't find most of the things unless they are typed exactly as named. Ai 'doesn't understand' just about everything, and keeps trying to call support for every question. The things it cam find, the "take me" button just gets stuck on "loading" screen. Thanks for the update. love it!
Non-functional Waste of Space. Always have to delete and reload the app to use it. The first time logging in after downloading works well, but refuses to work after that. Every time it tells me to either get sent a text or e-mail for a verification code, I enter the code and it returns me back to the login screen I try to login again and it does the same thing. Plus, they offer no customer service to assist people. A very stupid system.
This app doesn't hold your password for very long... I have to keep changing it, seems like every other month+/-... there is absolutely nothing anyone else can use on this "(pay statement app)" to highjack identity.. Because even the owner can hardly get in it themselves and all you're looking at is how much is going in... I shouldn't have to keep doing this unless it's been compromised... It's almost easier to just wait until it posts in my account, rather than relying on this app to show me...
This app has many faults. I have to constantly monitor my punches in and out to catch mistakes. Many times I can't clock in or out because it says im not in range, but im standing exactly where it's designed to work. I've had several colleagues experience pay mistakes that was not happening whem we used another app for payroll. If it functioned as it should, the app would be a lot better. 3 stars at best.
Constantly having to reset the app defeats the point of an app. It will work the one time after you reset it then it returns to a constant loop back to the log in screen. It's not my company's job to fix your software. Your telephone help line is anything but helpful. From the sound of it I'm not the only one having these same issues. There is a common denominator here. Fix your software. Edit: No I'm not going to reset the app. You've been told by everyone that doesn't fix the issue.
app doesn't work at all. it ask you to sign in and then wants to send you a code to verify that it's you and once you verify the app doesn't sign you in. it just blink on and off for a few seconds the drops completely. the only way I can sign in without a problem is through Chrome The App Closes while signing in. Doesn't take me to my Profile Pictures so I can reset ADP
there was an update recently since then the app is not working. I restarted the phone, cleared the catch, did a force stop and even Uninstalled. it works one time after that and that's it. I clear the process and it works again. it does not work after you log off. too much of a hassle to reboot and clear catch and then uninstall. fix plz update..it didn't work. I cleared catch and Uninstalled app and restarted phone, loaded app. all good. browsed in account and signed out. did not work
This app is terrible. Half the time it doesn't register my clock in or clock out. If you need to edit a punch or add a note it won't save. It is extremely slow. I'm surprised so many companies use this app it really needs updating and clean up. Edit: You tell everyone that and yet nothing about the app has changed. Fix your app.
They have broken it, continually am forced to setup the app again each time I launch it. it does not save credential information. then when trying to sign in it redirects to a web browser and still won't complete login. I have already reinstalled, cleared data, etc. It's a programming issue they have not fixed. Their responses are even incorrect, there is no profile picture in the application when it's forcing me to setup everything again
This is literally the worst app that I have ever been forced to use! This is 4th time in a year that I've had to leave a bad review. I deleted other 3 to bump this back up to top of queue. Everytime there's an update it breaks the app. And before you tell me to go into settings and reset it, it's impossible. I can't get to settings because it just keeps closing. I've done a force stop on the app, I've rebooted my phone, but app just keeps closing. Right now quick clock is the only thing working
it's fine when it wants to work, but breaks down annoyingly often. Really wish clocking in from the website was still an option because it's a major pain when you can ONLY clock in from the currently broken, not able to be opened app. I've restarted it 6 times and deleted/reinstalled it twice btw...says it can't reach the server. 😒 edit: It's been down all day, so I couldn't clock in/out for work. Says it's unable to reach the server. Yes I've done all the steps, still no change.
I need to download my pay stubs every 2 weeks, and I have to enter my password to constantly re-enable biometrics, it doesn't hold that, so the next time I log in I have to look up my password again making the biometric login basically useless. It has been this way for quite a number of updates, and when I do update, I also have to look up my password to re-enable biometric login which doesn't stay when I use the app again.
Fix your app! For months now logging into the mobile app is a nightmare! An endless loop of MFA that goes nowhere, just back to the login screen. If I need to login to the app to view my paystub, request time off, approve my timecard, etc. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app, and then can only login once! And it's not my phone or service or anything on my end, this is how it is for EVERYONE at my workplace. If I didn't have to use this app to clock in and out I wouldn't!
Can't even use the app anymore. It just puts you in a loop of logging in. If your password is wrong it will tell you, but if it's right it just makes you do it again. Even after clearing the cache and following the developers advice. The app still doesn't work. It will even do two step verification and once you have received the text. Then entered the number it will act like it's going to open then go right back to start.
Awful app. absolute junk. used to barely work (very slowly), now they "updated" it and it won't work at all. "updated" version forgot my biometrics, makes me sign in, verify via SMS code, I enter it in and it sends me to a black screen for a minute or two and then goes back to the login page. Its not even app at this point, its just an endless login loop. garbage
