Description
Been using ADSB Flight Tracker for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you track and view planes flying around your local area as well as around the world. Pretty solid if you’re into that kind of thing.
Here’s what you do – you can see a radar-style map with all the planes flying around. And there’s also filters so you can see only the planes you’re interested in, like by type or airline. And you can change the server it connects to if you want to see different data sources. Took me a while to figure all that out but it’s pretty useful once you get the hang of it.
Look, if you’re an aviation enthusiast, you’ll probably get a kick out of this. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a bit clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want to nerd out on plane tracking.
Editor Opinion
So here's my take on ADSB Flight Tracker. I've tried a bunch of flight tracking apps and this one's pretty solid. The radar-style map is really cool and gives you a nice overview of all the planes in your area. The ability to filter by different criteria is also super handy. But the interface can be a bit confusing to navigate at first. And after a while, it kinda gets repetitive just watching the planes move around. Overall though, it's a pretty good option for the plane enthusiast.
