There’s a bunch of cool features – you can arm and disarm your security system, get alerts if something’s up, and even control smart home devices like lights and thermostats. It’s got a slick interface that’s easy to navigate, though it took me a little while to figure out all the different settings.
Look, if home security and automation is your jam, you’ll probably dig this app. It’s not perfect – the setup can be a bit of a pain and the geofencing feature is hit or miss – but overall it gets the job done. Worth checking out if you’re an ADT customer or want more control over your home when you’re away.

So here's my take on ADT Control ®. I've tested a bunch of home security apps and this one's pretty solid. The best part is how it seamlessly connects to your ADT system and puts all that control right in your pocket. And the features are comprehensive without being overwhelming. But it's not without its issues - I've found the setup to be a bit clunky and some of the advanced automations can be unreliable. Still, if you're an ADT user, this is probably the best app for managing your system on the go.
