Been using Advanced EX for TOYOTA for a couple months now. It’s basically a plugin for the Torque Pro app that lets you track all kinds of advanced sensor data on your TOYOTA vehicle. Pretty solid if you’re into that sort of thing.
Here’s what you can do: you can monitor stuff like transmission fluid temp, gear position, even catalyst temperatures. And there’s also a cool feature that lets you see the lockup status of your automatic transmission – really handy for long drives. Took me a bit to figure out all the settings but once I had it set up, it’s been working great.
Look, if you’re a TOYOTA owner who likes digging into your car’s performance, you’ll probably get a kick out of this app. It’s not perfect – the UI is a little clunky and it can drain your battery if you’re not careful. But overall, it does the job and is worth checking out.
