I went in for my appointment and when I was checking in, they said I didn't have an appointment. Also they said that when they called my insurance company, it was denied. When I doubled checked my chart on the app, I had an appointment, it was approved by my insurance company and they gave my copay. I'm not happy!!!
Reviews for AdventHealth
← Back to AdventHealthApp is very easy to use. The office staff is very friendly and caring. Can honestly say going here isn't a drag I usually hate going to the Dr. but this place is very nice and fast as well.
Still learning navigation skills, but I like being able to see test results and practitioners notes in a timely manner. I also appreciate being able to check provider availability and request appointments.
My experience with AdventHealth has been all positive. I am currently dealing with some Oncological issues and seeing Dr Katz. Dr. Katz and her staff are very professional. Her staff all give off a very positive vibe. Very helpful people 👏 👏 👏 AdventHealths App is the best healthcare app I've ever had the pleasure of using. It's super easy to keep track of appointments, get signed in, and pay your bill...👍 👍 👍
I find the app to be very user friendly and helpful to track my health journey when meeting with providers in the AdventHealth network. I use another large CO university's health app and clearly prefer this app.
For me, it's difficult to get into, My Chart. It makes me watch the long video each time I log into the app and try to set it up, but it won't let me leave the video after it ends. It keeps telling me to watch the video, though I just have.
I love that I have my health information in the palm of my hand. this app makes it easy and stress free to schedule appointments. obtain your history and reach out to your doctor's efficiently.
I've opened tickets because I don't get notifications anymore. they say it's because it's an android. at one time I used to get emails. now emails don't come anymore. it's very slow when you can link to the web it's better. don't recommend this app
it's great being able to have a video visit in a matter of minutes when you're not feeling well. They always listen and ask questions, along with providing tips to do at home to help your healing. I feel confident with provider I've worked with. it also saves time because they have access to all my medical information.
I'm upgrading my rating slightly because the original problem I was upset about has been corrected. However... I use this app for my records and my sons. I have the primary account. Every time I open his chart to view upcoming appointments and test results, it shows my information in his chart. I have every bit of faith that this issue will be corrected as well as the last one. Thank you in advance.
This app is horrendous. If you ever think you need to request an appointment, do NOT use this app because they don't submit requests to the person you asked, but to a random call center that can't set appointments. Therefore, they'll call you to ask if you need assistance, but they can't actually assist you because they can't set appointments for the place you requested the appointment with. also, the app is terrible with the bottom buttons UNDER the ones on your phone so you can't use them.
What a terrible app. I've made numerous attempts to register my details and when it comes to uploading your ID there is a frame for centering the image for the front but. On for the back so you have to tell it that there is no barcode on the back and then the frame will appear. When you get to the final confirmation where you will either receive an email or text it just day "something's wrong" and that's it. I've wasted a couple of hours trying to get it to work.
Simply does not work. Every few weeks when I need to log in to confirm an appointment or see test results, there's about a 70% chance the app will not work. It lets me type in my username and password (but only fully type - if you use autofill to enter your email it won't recognize it), then pretends to load but sends me to multiple blank screens before closing out entirely. Save yourself the time and space on your phone: use your web browser and forget this buggy app.
App crashes when I try to view any personal medical information. The previous version wasn't great, but at least I had access to what I needed. This one is just completely broken. Note: The iOS app seems to work fine. I don't think the developers are too concerned with their patients using Android. Edit: Uninstalling and reinstalling seemed to fix.
If it's not one thing going wrong with this app, it's another. The app is poorly designed. Important buttons appear under the soft keys for the phone so I can't use them. Passwords break if I don't use the right "special characters." And from one minute to the next the interface changes so I can't find the function I was just using.
1st few years, great app. Since they changed their system it's terrible. I'm sent an email stating I have a new message. I go to the app and it's the same email address/password saved in my account for years, and when I try to log on with the same account it won't let me. Says invalid email/password. Called the tech ppl, they were NO help. Tried change to a different email account, after deleting and reinstalling the app. Won't let me. Says there is already an account. It's terrible!!!!!
Has some cool tools, but it's so bloated, it's super slow. Also, don't get distracted. If you go to something else for just a minute, it makes you resend a code for multifactor authentication. Also does not play well with latest Android update. Some buttons are under the control panel at the bottom. You have to rotate the phone to be able to click some items. Wish it had a portal for setting up referrals.
Horrible app. Half of the time it just spins at login and never works. If I get in, they have tried to make it "easier" to request refills, except none of my medications are listed so I try to send a message. Then I can't get notifications from the app so I never know if the person responds. It has never worked right in the 5 years I have attempted to use it.
Works about half the time. When you look up lab results, if you have more than a few, it takes about 10 minutes to load because for some reason it loads ALL of them first. It's an error every time. After the error you can finally tell the app what date range you're trying to view. Even without that; my login fails about half the time. When checked against the website it's "under maintenance for a few minutes" again. It's a little strange a company as large as Advent can't figure this out.
I love being able to have access to my medical records in real time, as well as my doctors and my future appointments. Every test result, scans, and detailed reports from my care team/nursing staff. This app even has educational information about the issues that are in my chart. Very easy to navigate. Highly recommend it for everyone.!!
