Overall my children and myself love the app! It's a great substitute for our home schooling on days when we're out and about, need a casual day, etc. Only dislike I have is the parenting section progress tracker. It no longer shows what day recent activities are done and you can't check how many minutes spent, what days they were on or what specific activities were done for previous weeks. This makes it hard to log and keep track if I forget to log their work right away.

Great platform works on a phone and tablet equally well. Easy to use, clear tutorials. However i detracted a star for poor and snooty customer service. There is no notification that your free trial is ending like some services provide. I didn't put it on the calendar which was my bad and it overdrafted my account. I contacted them and explained the situation asked if since it was still pending if it could be reversed. I got a rudely phrased reply telling me i should've read the terms better.
Suggestions: please make game more quest focused with learning activities. My child spends alot of time doing non-educational things, like running around campus "skipping classes" in a sense. Also, the chat is not user friendly, as it takes up the whole screen. Would be nice to minimize the chat box so kids can still see thier friends while chatting...like in Roblox. Otherwise amazing educational game. My child advanced from abc mouse, so I definitely trust the brand!
Overall it's a great game. But it's always loading or freezing up. Also with the new intellipet adventures you can never leave and even when you don't want to it automatically makes you train a pet which is horrible if you don't want to. And yes you can try running away but the minute you get out they are right next to you so you go back in. Please fix this!
I signed up for the 30 day free trial with my 8 year old, it says would u like to subscribe to the yearly sub at 59.99 for a year rather than 12.99 a month so I agree, before the trial even started they took the 60$ out of the bank putting us in the negative and so far have added 60$ extra in overdraft fees. Literally within an hour of agreeing to a 1 month free trial. To this day I have not even set the game up and its been 3 days trying to get this company to fix the errors
App looks great, if this game was a -1- time payment of $59.99 then I'd quickly purchase it. I do not do subscriptions, I know my kids will not constantly play any app very long and knowledge shouldn't be charged so heavily. Also if this was a one time payment I'm more then certain that a whole lot more people (parents) would jump to buy this and will be a lot more profitable. Plus their should be a interactive trial without signing up for a month free. Parents don't sign up for trial months.
It takes 20 minutes to get this app up to load on our chromebook, if it loads at all. Within minutes it crashes or freezes then takes another 20 minutes to load. Tried it on my phone using data and it won't load at all. I've checked compatability, available ram, deleted my cache, uninstalled/reinstalled and restarted my chromebook. Nothing works. The reviews show this is a very common problem that has been going on for years with no fix from the devs. Don't pay for this app!
I would give it 0! AWFUL! It takes too long to load and frequently crashes. The kids get bored waiting and decide to do something else. I signed up for the 6 month subscription because I had high hopes. I thought I canceled it 2 weeks in when they just refused to even consider playing it anymore. Then out if nowhere I got billed for the next 6 months, no heads up email to say the subscription was renewing. Nope, just 6 more months of a game my kids hate and won't play. Customer Care is a joke.
After much consideration and begging on the part of my 8 year old, I finally took the plunge and signed up for this. Only to find out, when directed on my child's tablet to download the app to use the program, her tablet isn't compatible. So unless you regularly buy a new tablet for your kid to the latest and greatest, you're just out of luck. I actually had to download the app on my phone just to cancel our subscription minutes after signing up. Too bad.
Horrible App, not compatible apparently on anything android. Keeps saying it's not able to reach server. Sadly, I bought into the cheaper 6 month subscription and now I'm out that money. *Edit to add, I emailed the company and they handled my situation quickly and very professional. My advice is to do the 7 day trial and make sure it works properly on all your devices!!
