Been using the Aetna Better Health – Medicaid app for a couple months now. It’s basically an easy way for Aetna Medicaid members to access their health care info and services. You can use it to find or change your provider, view your claims and meds, and even connect with the health plan through the app’s secure inbox.
The main things you can do are pretty straightforward – there’s a section to view your benefits, you can request an ID card, change your primary care doctor, and more. Took me a little while to figure out all the features but it’s a pretty solid app overall.
Look, if you’re an Aetna Medicaid member, you’ll probably find this app handy. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a bit clunky at times – but it gets the job done. Worth having on your phone if you need to manage your Medicaid plan.
