Was able to create account, and look around. Exited, re-entered and now hangs on start. Samsung A71. Seems this has been reported before, yet has not been addressed. What’s the matter, you too poor to afford a programmer? And the responses… copy and paste responses do not give me warm-fuzzies. Is anyone there?

I can’t even log-in. It takes me to a “Forgot Password” page and never-ending loading when I hit the secure log in button. There’s also no email address to send bug reports or anything as far as I can tell. Useless

I chuckled reading the reviews. Then I installed it anyway. I registered on my laptop that worked fine. Like many others, it would not accept my login, I quickly uninstalled it. We are faced with enough frustration to have patience to fight with a poorly supported app.

for the most part it’s a good app kinda hard to navigate and sometimes doesn’t like to load or there is an error.

Can’t change personal information. App keeps saying not responding. Wait or close the app. Two year old can make a better app.

It is not user friendly if you have multiple children. Creating a login name is difficult especially when you follow how they want it done it still won’t work or the id number won’t work. Please fix. I have uninstalled and reinstalled even updated. 😔
