Well the app itself sucks it's very slow. Customer service is ok but always scheduled appointments with just random date and times with out asking if it was a good time like an email or a text something to confirm. When I spoke to one of the provider she was very aggressive grilling me on why I chose Affect. Outcome they cancelled my profile, ok good luck.
I have learned so much by engaging in this app and therapy. I love the various methods Affect uses to educate, make me think and encourage me to do what I came here to do.

When I first enrolled in Affect, everything seemed great. They did a full insurace verification before I could start treatment, days later, they told me I had great insurance and would only pay $60 a month. Now I received a bill for $740. I called affect and they blamed my insurance company and was told to call them. I called my insurance company Cigna and was told it would go towards my deductible. Affect is just trying to enroll as many people as the can. BEWARE
This place amd program is just amazing! i have been in it 43 days amd already earned more than $100, and I been sober again from opiates for over a month. The counselors are just out of this world beyond amazing. This is the first time I felt comoletely comfortable and at ease knowing they dont kick u out or turn u away for using substance or for poaitive urinre screens. like most others and this is isoooo WORTH AT LEAST A TRY FOR ALL WHO SEEK HELP REACHING SOBRIETY ALL VIRTUAL AND THRU APP
The Affect is a good app. A couple of days ago. I had this app installed on my phone but then I had installed this app on my Tablet. Therefore I recently uninstalled this app from my phone. Then I noticed a couple of days later which is today I got an notification that this app was installed back on my phone. What the heck 😒
so far, both times I've used this program, it's been amazing. it helps people from all walks of life, especially socially uncomfortable people like me to get help, and I'll be forever grateful. I've spent a lot of time being angry about how many negative people there are in my life, but sometimes I forget to give attention to those who keep my head up and keep me focused and positive. so to all I have spoken to and the creators of affect; thank you so so much!! you give me hope daily!
If you want end up back on drugs this is the route to go. Everything about Affect is garbage. There are too many other options for somebody to subject them self to this experience. This is a program started by women and has an all woman staff. If you look through the reviews all the positive feedback is from women(probably the staff). Addiction is a serious matter and these women are capitalizing on vulnerable people.
I started this with the understanding that they would monitor my prescription and provide refills. but come time for a refill, they tell me they can't fill it. I am about to lapse on my medication.
The program is amazing. The app is so horrible I can't load pictures on the app for my random UA's they say its because my phones pictures are too good for the app, whatever that means. The Affect treatment team is great they are a 10 out of 10 stars 🌟 🤩 ✨️
