Pretty pointless app it just directs you to the website for everything. Can't even get merch yet as that site isn't even working.

It was too crowded, too hot, and they ran out of water the first day! It was a good experience but I will never do it again

Why do we need an app to see the set times? And why does this app need to see my location? What other kind of data is this app collecting?

Horrible app, horrible band scheduling, abysmal customer service and no refunds. This app, this festival, its policies and its staff are garbage! Was gonna test them out this year, but due to their garbage, I will never go to Aftershock! You swindled me out of money and lied about my tickets! I hope your festival tanks you thieving, lying hacks!

Most functions still web based despite app GUI. Saved preferences for schedule months ago. Opened app this morning and everything I set was gone...but yay for push messages about camping that I'm not doing I guess. Seems like a user's choices should be saved to their phones or something.

Just got the new app for 2024. At first it would not open. Cleared the cache and it got to a splash screen but no progress. After clearing all data then the app opened. Time to start selecting bands.

They don't update it until like 3 weeks before, which I see alot of babies crying about but they have to wait until the bands and the schedule is ready so I get it. They should atleast update the lineup a bit earlier even if they don't have the schedule. But they have a new feature to plan your day and set reminders for which is awesome!!! Over all good to have but only helpful within like 2 weeks before the show

Useless app that never gets updated. The festival I'm attending told me to download this app, and it's not even the same information. The event starts TOMORROW, and the app isn't even updated properly! Embarassing! It's evident that whoever is running the event doesn't know what they're doing. I spent 200$ on a ticket and I haven't even received it yet. You should be able to buy a ticket, view it, and view accurate information! The entire thing seems sketchy and out of order. Do better.

It's completely useless until like 3 days before the show. If they put any effort into it this app could be a great way to pre-order passes/partnered hotels/shuttle passes/parking passes/merch, update fans on new additions to the festival, and keep folks hyped. Instead, they ignore it for 350 days of the year and then scramble to get it updated and end up missing a handful of essential aspects. Do better.

Went on 10/8...app was super useful with a site map & line up and ability too create your own lineup/ svelte if band you wanted to see Plus ability to click on each band & ck out their music (helpful to choose what bands to see with so many ones i want familiar with). I was disappointed it wasn't accessable the day after event ended as i would've liked to take a screen shot of the line up we saw. Other than that, really enjoyed it. Needed this 30yrs app for Warp tours😅
