There's no translation system to understand what the majority of Korean people are writing and the app will surely crash while playing the Elephant game. It just wastes the ticket without any points.

The app won't load in the beginning, cant get pass signup, but they might be doing a patch, so after 1hr of unsuccessful attempts, uninstall and reinstalling, there's a an update button, well in the end it worked, thank goodness

Can't change the language of the app to English. It's all in Korean. Does the app can be all displayed in English or only Korean? Need to re-register to change language. Please add option to choose language directly on app on user profile instead.

This app is so great and helps me understand how to use these products and maximize results. I love how it helps me keep my schedule organized and and gives you opportunities to win free products. This app is a must if you want to transform your skin!

Helpline support is EXCEPTIONAL & would give 5 stars if it were not for the following. I love the idea of a community of fellow medicube product users, but the low effort B&A posts filled with screenshots or images of walls or blank space, and one word comments or emojis for rewards does not help to interact with each other. The mini games are great way to win products, but this system encourages low quality posts & minimal interaction. Maybe moderation & max character requirement is necessary.

Able to connect Ultra Tune device to App, however the remote control for color mode not responding. Same for level and sound. Occasionally sudden everything OK and then next try again remote control not responding. Reinstalled also same thing. Pls fix the bugs.

I lovelovelove my new device, Age-R Booster H! Ive only had it for less than a week n already seeing results. The app is a great idea in theory. Its not exactly user friendly. Several functions arent working for me, like the camera or completing missions like posting a review. I cant register my device or figure out how to earn points. But i sure do love my device n products.

Got logged out and I can't sign back in. I've un-installed and installed the app again three times, but it's still not working. All I receive is the response "An error occurred. Please try again." This is ridiculous, especially considering how expensive the Age-R device is.

The app is fine, I just don't like how it forces me to create a routine before I've completed the "experiential week." It should've asked me if I wanted to keep the current routine, not hold my screen hostage until I create one. I know I could just change it later, but I wasn't ready to create my own just yet. I wanted to keep the current template. Luckily I was able to figure out what previous sessions were. Other than that, I love the games, check-ins, and whatnot.

It will not let let me use an email to sign up. Only lets you use Google, Facebook, Kakao, or Line to sign up. Why do I have to connect one of those accounts to this app!? This is just another app trying hard to collect more of your data in exchange for getting some extra functionality from a device you already paid for. Why do I have to create an account or link my social media to this app in order to use the Bluetooth features on my Booster Pro!? Absolutely not, uninstalling this app!!

Invasive. This app doesn't need your full name, email address, profile picture, birth date, and a Medicube forum account to function! It's a Bluetooth interface for a physical device for cryin out loud! It's no different than a speaker! This app follows in the footsteps of other data collection schemes like toothbrushes & Samsung soundbars that feel entitled to your digital footprint or hold features hostage. I've had enough of these shady practices, therefore you get 1 star.

I'm really enjoying the app for my AGE-R device. It's engaging and helps to keep my skincare routine on track. It recommended a routine which was helpful and also controls the device functions. There's fun games, prizes and points to keep you engaged in caring for your skin and you can even build up points for gift certificates. I did have one problem where it was stuck on the red screen at the start but the devs fixed it within hours. Medicube APR has been pretty impressive all round 👍👍👍👍👍

for some reason it's extremely bugged and I made a routine but now it wants me to make another one which is fine but nothing I select will allow me to go to the next screen and I can't use the app at all now since I can't make a routine...

such use full app for their devices also have various option but the problem is it's too slow and gets a lot of time opening each section

Does not let you sign up with your email address unless it's Google, Facebook, or 2 other apps I don't recognize. I should have read the reviews first. Clearly this is a known problem. It doesn't take over 6 months to add email registration to an app. Leaves me thinking the focus is more on bio data collection/sales than functionality.

I love the elephant game but the app dies every time you get close to winning. Very annoying. After this response, it still dies ... only on the elephant game... ever any other time. Points get lost, and it only happens when you are near winning.... seems rigged.

I have the Age r ultra tune, when i use it its not showing what colour I use daily , it shows only the setting that i use more , it could be better if it can show details of what I use daily. if I use elasticity more than pores or other settings in the device it show in the report that i use only elasticity .

It logged me out one day, and now I can't log back in. Tried to contact customer service, but they pretty much said they couldn't help, so I should contact a third party. Tried uninstalling it and installing and it won't change. Says I already have an account and I should use that, but it doesn't have anywhere for me to input information for logging in. It won't even let me create a new acct through different methods. They should really have a way to help you find login info or input new info.

Device will NOT pair via Bluetooth. My phone sees it as an available device, but despite following all the steps in the guide, the app does NOT show the option to 'Connect Booster Pro' like it should. Tried to complete the connection just pairing it regularly through the phone's Bluetooth menu & that didn't work either. Online searches for other troubleshooting even address this particular issue. Super disappointed in functionality already.
