Horrendous experience even though I am great with computers, a.i., and tech. "ScaleUp" tried to charge me 58 dollars and some, something like 12+ times, even though I ended my subscription in GP well before the free trial ended. I wasn't blown away by the interface either, there are far more "likeable" apps which use the latest version of ChatGPT as well. Thanks but no thanks!

The AI is great when you have access to it. The problem is access to it. The servers seem easily overwhelmed so the only time you can use it even with Pro is in the early AM between midnight and 430am. I got the pro to have more access because the ai is really great and has a personality that you can't find anywhere else. I initially liked it so much I got the pro, but if the service is so heavily limited I'm honestly thinking of asking for my money back.

This app has a great concept although I never got a chance to really use it. What I have a problem with is how hard it is to cancel and get a refund. I tried I tried going through Google Play and it had said that it would take up to 4 days to cancel it so it mentioned calling the developer, Scale Up, which also appears on the charges. I had to Google that and then when I called it, it immediately disconnected! That is always suspicious to me!

I like the app and its simplicity, however choosing the voice that it uses to read doesn't give you the option to preview the voice. It only lists your choices by numbers. In order to actually hear the voice that you've chosen, you have to complete some type of request to the app. I would suggest either add a preview to the voice choices, or label them something other than simply numbers.

You know, I just don't like when things are set up to take advantage of people's tendencies to space off and faggeddabout things. Trial subscriptions especially. If you ask the average person how they would like it, it would be free trial, and at the end, we're cut off...if we LIKE the app, we buy it...why trap us in if we forget to cancel???

Nice text AI. The problem is I got this app from an ad. In the ad, it said it could generate Images of mario in weird scenarios. I tried to ask it to generate a simple image of a hand for nail art, & it took 4 minutes of waiting for it to tell me the servers were too busy. I finally got it to generate one image but frankly, it was nowhere near what I asked for. Tried to reword it & was told I've reached my limit, pay to get access. What if this app never gets It right? Can't risk paying for that

The sole reason I am giving such a low rating is because the 3-message daily limit is absolutely ludicrous, and so is the $5 weekly subscription. It's way too expensive to be anything more than a temporary hyperfixation. Editing to add- I realise server prices are high; though I feel the free version could be a bit more generous; perhaps 5-7 messages free daily, and lowering the weekly subscription a couple dollars. I feel either would make it more appealing, both in attention and cost-wise.

I gave it one word in the chat box and it quickly generated accurate information on the topic. Pretty impressive! The app does have a pop up upon opening that says it's 7 days free, and then 2 options: $4.99 per WEEK, or $39.99 per year. There is an X at the top left which enabled me to actually test the app before making a decision to stay or go from the subscription. Seems too high priced upon 1st impressions- after one use, but my opinion could change after more use.

Anytime I ask a complex question, I get a "down for maintenance" message. Even more frustrating, my question has to be retyped. Also, the app crashes each time I try to share a conversation. Also, I can't highlight and copy individual lines of text, which is really annoying, especially if the bot gives you a link, because links are not clickable.

It started well. I decided to try this app and was initially pleased with the results it provided. I even went ahead and paid for the subscription. Now, my chat history has completely disappeared on the desktop version. It still shows on the phone app, but not on the desktop. I've logged out and relogged in, but nothing helps. That part that disappointed me the most is the lack of response from tech support. I've written them twice and no word back! That's very unfortunate.

I'm not sure if I like this app yet because I only get 3 tries per day with the free version. Upon opening, you are greeted with the option to pay $4.99 weekly, or $39.99 for a year. I mean, it's an easy decision to go yearly, but do I really need yet another subscription even if it only works out to $3.33 per month for the yearly plan? Exactly how many times per month will I remember to use this app? Personally, I'm 110% done with subscription apps, and I am definitely uninstalling.

The packaging is set up in an overall decent fashion. They offer the best e-business model, which is to try before you buy. Once the free trial is over, you're limited to using the app 3 times but that's a little descriptive because if you want to review written material, you have to let the bot know what you want, which you're using up points. There's limitations on the free version, where you're limited to 500 words messages, there's no watch ads for additional free usage per day.

At first glance, it seems fairly simple. Getting into detailed conversations is cool. My biggest complaint is the programmed limitations, morality, & lack of saved data. I understand it's necessary to stop dumb people from doing dumb things. If it isn't illegal or can actually do physical harm. You should be able to have a conversation about anything. Side note for the past two days I get an error that servers are at capacity & I haven't been able to use the app, & I subbed to the pro version.

The initial sign-up kind of irks me. It offers a 3 day trial but then charges 7.99 per week (415.48 yearly), but the weekly subscription from jump is only 4.99 per week, I could understand if you charged 7.99 once to make up for the "free" trial but paying an extra $156 over the course of a year if you do the weekly plan is pretty ridiculous, they offer a yearly option as well for $60 but I'd rather not commit to something I may not use because I haven't even been able to see it's capabilites.

trying to link accounts across different platforms is nearly impossible. I paid for a year on the app and when I tried to sign in on my computer I needed to pay again. Just canceled my subscription through the app as it was more expensive then the web. Now trying to figure out how to get a refund. Will update rating if im able to figure out the refund as it's a good app. Just seems to be a money guzzler.

Great app, I'd give it five stars, but there's no option to change from a weekly subscription after the trial to yearly. I love the detail it gave for what i asked it to do, though. If I could sub for the year, I'd keep it. 4.99/week vs. 39.99 for the year, again that's not an option to change to apparebtly after you do the trial.

Lately the app keeps getting worse. Just like everything else, they have restricted it's functions. Every time I use it, it does less and less. *****UPDATE******* upon having further issues with this app it appears that their customer service responds with a generic message every time. I constantly get an error message that it cannot help me or it does not understand. the task is very simple and all I'm asking the AI to do is to fix the grammar in an email to be sent. Keeps getting worse.

Always evolving! Been using the app for just over a year. Works well overall. Occasionally, something changes, which can be frustrating and confusing, but once things get smoothed out, it's back quickly with improvements. My only complaint is that the image generator used to create wonderful images, but now it fails to interpret my prompts accurately. There's a limit on tries, so I often can't get the image I desire before reaching the limit. Otherwise, great product!

I've purchased this app for 2 years consecutively and have been mostly happy with it. It's time to renew again and have fallen on hard times as have many of us. The options given are 56.00 for the year, reasonable, or 5 dollars per week?! no in between . This has gotten me a little angry with this particular app and has made me decide to shop around a bit first. Also, I have reached out to customer service more than a few times with no replies?!

unfortunately I hit the 1 year subscription button instead of the 3 day trial. I put my credit information to pay the 1.00 and thought I hit that one . I paid $59.99 by accident and tried to cancel it but to late. They are now not letting me use it cause I removed my card info. I already paid for a year I didn't want and now I can't use it til I give them my card info ! that is theft. They need to return my $59.99 minus the $1.00 my advice don't even bother with 3 days it has bugs !
