I had a terrible experience trying to cancel my subscription through this app. The in-app cancellation process is confusing and feels like a scam! It did not allow me to cancel directly, and I had to go to the Google Play Store to manage my subscriptions. Thankfully, canceling through Google Play was straightforward and worked immediately, but this should not have been necessary. The app should make the cancellation process clear and easy, without resorting to deceptive practices.

Contrary to one of the reviews, the app is not free. there is a 3 day free trial period. After that, there is a weekly or yearly fee. I have not used the app yet but simply put off by the fact that it's not 100% free

Hello Arch team, Despite cancelling yesterday the trial that expired today, you have charged my card and the deduction just happened. Appreciate your looking into the matter and refunding the amount immediately.

amazing app. this has helped me with many rooms in my house. I love this so much. the only thing that doesn't work is the landscape. which, I'd really love to use but its just a blank Grey screen. if that gets fixed? 10☆ EASY.

The produced images are not real, they cant be changed much after are done, the colors are ignored, i payed for a pro subscription and very quickly was told by the app that i reached the daily limit, even with a payed pro account. They dont let you cancel the subscription directly, you have to write correspondence to their support service. Really bad app.

pretty bad. just generates generic interiors. does not execute basic prompts. I uploaded a picture of our staircase, then tried to use the replace function to replace the staircase with a blue staircase. it identified the staircase but instead of generating a blue version it put a wall in the middle of it and put some plants on one of the steps. not a single blue item in sight. if I asked my 5 year old niece to color the staircase blue I'd get a blue staircase. "intelligent" this is not.

nice pictures but unrealistic. i upload the picture, adding the keyword 'Garden', select the style etc and it changes also the whole house into a new, bigger one. I choose Cozy style, then Cottage and it creates a modern one (including changing house), full of concrete something instead of a cozy garden. Sorry, for me it doesn't make any sense.

THIS APP IS A SCAM! They make it very difficult to cancel your subscription. You cannot cancel on your own. I messaged them saying I wanted it cancelled before they renewed it but they did not cancel it. They charged me and I'm still scheduled to renew again. I keep messaging them to cancel the subscription and they do nothing. I would not recommend this app!

I signed up for a free trial with, but was unexpectedly charged for a full year without clear notice or consent. I have been unable to cancel the subscription, and customer service has not provided any reimbursement option. This experience feels deceptive and predatory. I strongly advise others to be cautious — the service is not worth the risk, and the company’s practices appear fraudulent. Do not subscribe unless you are fully prepared for unexpected charges and poor support.

I have a subscription, but it's almost a month that I cannot open the app. It's just showing the logo and never opens. I also tried reinstalling, but still no progress. Please help.

Just wanted to check out what it can do. I don't reccomend it as it basically just replace the items present in the picture with another item but all in the same place. Plus, had an issue with unsubscribing so I was charged higher than expected which 1 week for $6.99 is already expensive as I only used 1 day. My fault for though for not making sure its out of my system before I let the days passed by.. Contacted them and got nothing.

Don't get this app! The app is not helpful at all, with images being so far-fetched and truly unimaginable that it's useless. The customer service and ability to cancel is horrible as well. I'm stuck with an app I will not use (it's that bad), but have paid for since I cannot get any help neither from Google or the developer. Everything I receive is automated and 0 true assistance. Edit to respond: I HAVE! Stop pretending you're trying to help!

Meh. I'm not super happy I was forced to buy a year just to try this. The AI needs some work. I like the idea of changing different elements in a room, and it's pretty good and identifying them by name, but it doesn't do well with the prompts. It also does weird stuff like putting fireplace in the window. There are better apps for this.

They lie! I paid for the pro version to get "unlimited" AI generations. And as I was going through regenerating a picture with different styles....it said I reached my daily limit. 😲WHAT?! I double checked and my subscription renews in 2 days so I still have the pro version. Also, it won't let me cancel...since it's not really unlimited. Whenever I go to cancel because its too expensive it comes up with a discounted offer and never actually cancels it...🙄 if it is not truly unlimited why pay??

I thought this would allow for more customization. It doesn't. No option to select color options beyond the ones already there, none of which match my paint colors. Also, the generated designs, to make them work, I'd need to basically reconstruct my house when I'm just looking for design ideas. This app is not what I thought it would be.

I thought I'd check in on this app and see if they improved. Negative! The only thing I see is oops try again. - took my money but still not able to use the app months later. old review Purchased a pro account a few months ago and have used a few times during the first week or two and then several weeks if not months later I use it for 15 to 20 mins (today) only to be told l had reached my daily limit and to come back tomorrow! WTH.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for over a week and NO ONE is responding. It is NOT easy to "Cancel Any Time" they make you out in a request and then never bother to respond. I told them several times to cancel my subscription and they do not have permission to charge my card or permission to renew my subscription, and they did it anyway!!! The AI doesn't work properly anyway! It uses my door and turns them into closets. My windows turn into TVs and one room had 3sets of couches!

Buyer beware. There is no cancelation option through the app. I submitted a ticket before the weekend and responded to the automated email, but my subscription has not been canceled as of Monday at noon. The app is also not very customizable when you are attempting to generate ideas, especially for exterior renovation. It doesn't follow prompts, it places unwanted windows and doors in funky locations. It just wasn't helpful in the least bit.

App has a lot of potential. But it's making unrealistic photos, to be honest, most of the time. From the other side, when it hits the target, it's great. It's missing a balcony as an option. I can't get that right all. And the gaming room never looks like a gaming room for me. It made an awesome kitchen design, and after I paid for the app, I couldn't achieve similar results...

App is sort of useless. Image results seem like inspiration you can find through a Google search. No way to take a next step to actually make your space similar to the images by (for instance) linking you to decor, furniture or styles shown in the results. The results also seem off, in my trial of the app, windows and other items in the space not exactly like the pictures used. I spent $5 to find this out. App is pretty basic and I can't see anyone using this for any realistic design work.
