I bought the annual plan and I do regret. I need it for professional purposes and it changes the name of the product, the brand although I write in the prompt that it cannot be changed, it does change. a waste of money.

I want to delete my existing account, but I can't log in. I already sent you a message a day ago that I want to deactivate this account and refund my payment that was taken today. But they detected my money again. I had said a day before that I didn't want to continue this.

Totally failed.pictures making is amazing but spelling always shows wrong.always points missing.First i thought it's unlimited after payment but every time we making any animation or picture the point are going. waste of money.

Its not like their ad. App have no option to make the product animated video. Only you can make a product image with a only 5 or 6 given templates and the subscription is very costly approx 12000 PKR per year.

This app is horrible, it takes images and does whatever it wants, misspellings, different languages etc. Have requested cancelation and refund

Misleading ads — the app does not create custom videos from prompts as claimed. Only fixed, generic images are provided, unrelated to the product or details entered. Completely unusable for marketing. 0/5 stars. Requesting a full refund and hoping Hexa delivers the features it advertises.

Horrible, just after generating one ugly measly image it demanded a subscription. The damn thing does not even let the user to settle in. At least let the user create something so at the least he/she gets an idea of the app. For the sake of argument, even if the app is meritorious, it should freely allow sampling.

I upload my photo of a product image and the AI distorts all the words in my label. I give clear instructions not to alter the image words but it still does. apart from that all ok. Offering a trial would be recommended.

dont waste your money I paid for the year for pro version and you still have to pay for credits after you've spent 3000 which is easy when things can be 250 each . once I paid for it too its went really glitchy straight away and started to play up. half the things the ware on the images I gave it to convert ended up being spelt wrong once converted so they became useless. I will be asking for a refund

I've sent two emails on my issue to support, however I did not yet received a reply! I've experienced a problem with missing coins in Hexa. I subscribed for two weeks. In the second week, I distinctly remember having a remaining balance, I then cancelled my subscription. After cancellation, I was still able to use the remaining coins. To my surprise, all my coins are now gone!

the ad is deceiving. results are nothing like the WOW results initialy shown. SCAM! I have been contacting your support over and over again, only to get messages like "we are trying to improve ". I take product pictures, requesting the program to create professional ones but the product looks distorted every time!

This application is a total waste of money. After buying a subscription, you're tricked into a "coin" system. The app doesn't work properly, and once your coins are gone, you have to buy more just to keep using it. This hidden paywall is a scam and makes the subscription worthless. My experience with this app was the worst I've ever had. Don't fall for this predatory system; it's a huge disappointment and a complete rip-off.

All the ads on social media about AI product design and of course you need to pay for it. Not even possible to take one photo and see if it works as they claim (even if you can't save it) ... Just right off the back you need to pay for a week or a year. Total waste of time but great way to get your app downloaded multiple times.

Just 6 hours after my weekly subscription, I am getting a pop up msg to buy more coins,you should have told us before that we are only buying coins and not weekly subscriptions. what you're doing is simply theft, this is the only app that promotes weekly subscription and you end up using it for 6 hours. I need a refund,I didn't sign up for coins and 6 hours subscription.

Love the app but it is not a full week of service you get so many coins per week. I've created some amazing stuff however a lot of my stuff also came back very AI and unusable. Regardless it's a five-star app they just need to do a little tweaking. I finally figured out how to pay for a year but it's not giving me my coins and I'm very sad. Please let me know what to do.

Pushes the subscription option hard from jump. You get one free, the results of that one was good however you're unable to see if it will continue producing good results. Of course without pulling out your card. Would have rated it higher if it'll give us more time to evaluate. However there are too many of these programs out there that does the same thing.

Paid for subscription and have quite a few good options to choose from. Spelling issues were a previous concern and they added an "EDIT" option but even that doesn't fix the spelling. No matter how much you try to dumb down your explanation it will NOT fix it. Change "Carpantry" to "Carpentry"......Gives a whole new design and it's still spelled wrong. Not fun when you were set on the initial option.

Spelling issues! Beautiful bright colorful images, but the spelling is wrong. There is no way to fix this. It's very frustrating! You need an edit option on the images. I gave 2 stars because the images are beautiful. I paid for a full subscription and can't get the correct image to use. I'm very disappointed!

I am having fun creating things for my laser cutter. But being a paying customer and having a daily limit is infuriating. Particularly when most of the creations I won't be able to use without massive changes. Rendering that chance wasted. updated. decided to pay for the whole year and as soon as I did it stopped working well. would get stuck on "creating image in 2 min" for half an hour. tried to get a refund from Google only to be told it wasn't eligible after only 2 days. Do not buy

I purchased a 1-year subscription to HEXA expecting to have full access to its features, but it turns out that the subscription doesn't actually unlock the service — it just gives you a limited amount of coins. Once those coins run out, you’re expected to keep paying even though you're already subscribed. This was not clearly stated upfront. I feel misled and extremely disappointed. A subscription should mean access — not a paywall hidden behind another paywall.
