Scam Alert. DO NOT BUY. Does not work as promised. The way to setup a whatsapp call is convoluted. You have to invite someone to the call via their app, and even after that, all you will see is your text captions. If that's what you want, other products offer it for free. There is no voice translation as they claim. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE and a SCAM. I'd like to give zero stars
Horrible. This app is a scam! Avoid at all costs! I was led to believe that I had a week to check it out. But they billed me immediately. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS PRODUCT!!!!! This is what I said, but it was completely wrong. The company contacted me and and showed me how to use the product. IT IS GREAT!!! FANTASTIC!!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DOWNLOAD!! Easy to use and works like a charm!
ok. i wish I could upload your FAQ ,and every one see where it explain about using your translator inside WhatsApp, you are pure lier and this is a scam, scam, there is no way you can translate voice or text on WhatsApp, they asl ypu to get the 2nd number to charge you more I WANT MY REFUND
the app works well when translating a whatsapp video call. The problem is this. They say the cost is 5 credits per minute. That is not true. A 7 minute and 30 sec call cost 40+ credits. A 30 minute call costed 500+ credits. Make the prices more clear or charge what you advertise.
Total Scam! Paid for a one year subscription....you do not get a one year subscription for $60....you pay for the privilege of talking with 1500 "credits" and you lose 5 credits per minute....then you must purchase more credits to continue using the app in your "one year subscription" NO WHERE WAS THIS HIGHLIGHTED UNTIL AFTER YOU START USING THE APP! TOTAL SCAM AND FALSE ADVERTISING! MORE LIKE $60 FOR A ONE MONTH SUBSCRIPTION! YOU GUYS SUCK!
So i make a test with someone. We talk french and portugese. In my side i have a text translated transcription of what he was saying but no voice traduction. On his side he got voice translation while I was speaking. It was on normal call. For now best use case of this. But using this whith watshapp was horrible. It is not fully integrated do u have to share a link so other people can join u. I was able to get the text transcription at this point but no audio at all. Need to progress but usefull
wow. it actually works amazingly well. I had a video chat with a friend in South America who does not speak English. We were able to express ourselves in real time, in our native language, with excellent translation and understanding. I'm so impressed!
Much better than the translation apps I've used in the past. Once callers get used to waiting on the other person to respond and for the translation to occur, it works seamlessly
Paid for 500 credits, got nothing! Money withdrawn, no credits! I will add to my review. Fortunately, my problem was solved within a few days. I did not expect it. I would have given 5 stars, but because of this problem I lost time. So 4 stars.
straight up scam. cant get through in email and never once in the app did it mention till you sub that it charges per minute and text.
