Reviews for AI Video Generator – Clips AI

Well just completely disappointed. It doesn't come close to doing what you want. Yet it will burn through your credits trying to tweak it and it still doesn't get even close. It allows you to report poor renderings but in the end it is a huge waste of money. I can't decide if it is a scam or the "AI" just isn't there. Leonardo works soooo much better and free. Canceled the subscription. Won't be back.

Very first thing that happens when you open the app is it begs you for review. I can't stand that sort of app. Can't find a promo code, there's no freebies, can't generate your own credit by earning it, so you have to pay $9.99 to generate what ultimately turns out to be pretty garbage compared to what else is out there, like groc and many others.

This app does not allow you to even test it without spending money first. You basically can't try anything. It will let you type a prompt just to demand a subscription service. I dont mind paying for things I like and that I know work. But how will I know if WE CANT TRY IT FIRST!? Also why even bother having a "free plan" the free plan is literally just looking at a subscription screen .

From my experience, this is exactly what I was in need of for a project I am working on. My only complaint and what may be what causes the developer to lose me is the subscription model. Currently, there is no way to even purchase more credit. You must wait a minimum of a week for your subscription credits to renew. As you can imagine, I've burned through my credits rather quickly. In a couple hours infact just testing the consistency of the AI, which is absolutely phenomenal.

Deceptive subscription options. Please read before you sign up. So when you sign you're not in fact doing so for the week or year as advertised. You're paying for credits within the app and once they are gone you're expected to pay even more to continue using the app. I'm glad I only paid a small amount to test this out. Some of the videos are a bit hit and miss but annoyed that what I've paid which is advertised as weekly subscription only entitled me to 8 photos to video.

Don't pay for this app. There is no trial. You pay for the sub up front to see what it has to offer and it doesn't have much to offer. The prompts don't always do what you want. It only creates 5 second videos with no sound. No imagination. Sometimes the prompts do nothing. One base sub gets you 10 credits to create videos and the credits don't roll over if you don't use them.

Thought it might be free or have free options but opened the app n got instantly pay-blocked. That wasn't the problem, the problem is that u didn't say anywhere on the app download page in the play store, or in the description, that you have to pay. You're falsely advertising the app as free, tricking people into downloading it. And as I've seen in the comments, I'm not the only person who's written a complaint about this issue.

How greedy, not even a free view of the services offered, you download to be promoted to pay for a membership, they don't ever give you a chance to try it out, it's either buy or essentially bug off, so I guess I'll bug it off then, you'd think of you wanted more people to buy you would let them try, that's a big turn off and you're missing plenty of sales because of it. You should probably think of a new way to market :).

As others mention, no free trial and no way to know how many credits are needed to generate anything before committing to payment. This, along with the apparently overly-restrictive content filter and dodgy results means that it can't be considered a reliable option for truly creative and consistent results. The developers know exactly what their app cannot do well, but they're hoping you'll submit payment BEFORE realizing the limitations. Cash grab. Uninstalled. No money wasted thankfully.

Worst app ever. I really mean it. I thought the bad reviews were because of envy, but they were all correct. I spent $9 for a one week subscription, and it really doesn't work. It shows unusable videos, or it keeps loading forever. What a waste of $9 dollars. Oh, and I forgot to mention. The one week subscription is limited, meaning you can only create 10 images
